Well, there's a tie between 3 and 4. Heads 3, tails 4, let's do this...4 it is. I'll have this one out much sooner since I actually have an idea for what I want to do for this entry. It should be up soon.

"I'm thinking the fourth part." You say with certainty. Brambleberry nods.
"Well, the first two sentences don't seem to have much extra meaning. You need to be aware of your surroundings, but don't go out looking for trouble. Let it come to you. What about the third sentence?" Brambleberry turns to you, seeming to expect some answer.
"Well...uh...'the fire won't listen until you can show them they have gone too far' so...they probably will have gone to far before then?" You search for words, but Brambleberry nods.
"That's true, but there is one thing more important about that. The fire won't LISTEN. What might be important about that?" You're eyes widen suddenly as you realize what she means.
"So the way they can be defeated is by talking to them, not fighting." Brambleberry nods, smiling.
"Precisely. Now with that in mind, what would you say about the last part?"
"I need to make sure that I keep a balance. I can be on guard and watch for danger, but when danger does come I need to face it with kindness, not aggression, like what I do anyway. I need to face the problem the way I would face the problem, not the way a normal warrior would face the problem." Brambleberry tilts her head.
"Of course, though I would characterize it as what you're best at, not just what you would do anyway." Her eyes look teasing and you realize this is a compliment, one you're probably not ready to take.
"Well...I'm not sure I'm good at it yet..." You trail off, not sure what to say. Brambleberry puts her tail on your shoulder, her eyes now more kind than teasing.
"Stormpaw. You are talented. Don't you ever forget that. Starclan chose you for a reason." You dip your head slowly and she steps back before continuing.
"Well then. Which part do you want to talk about next?"
What do you choose?
1.) The first paragraph 2.) The second paragraph 3.) The third paragraph

Sorry this took so long, I didn't realize you had replied. In the future, please PM me your vote.
You confidently choose the third section, and Brambleberry dips her head.
"The first sentence is pretty straightforward. This force, whatever it is, will not be seen, at least not as a problem, by you. The second sentence appears to be talking about what will happen if they win, which with you doing the right thing they won't, as is evident by the last sentence. The third and fourth sentences are what really interest me. Can you think why?" You pause, hearing the words in your head once more. 'Though you are the water destined to extinguish this threat, you cannot fight something you cannot see. Watch out for fire Stormpaw.'
"Well...it appears to be telling me that I can't fight this threat yet." You quickly add on another point as you remember the fourth sentence. "But, I should still be looking for it and be on my guard. Since I won't know what it is until it becomes a serious problem, I need to watch out in case they try to come for me, or anyone else while I haven't yet noticed them." Brambleberry nods.
"That seems to be a likely interpretation, although you know I can't confirm or deny any of this being true." You remember for the first time in a while that she is still a Starclan cat, and therefore must already know what this prophecy means.
"I know. I understand." You reply.
"Good. Now which of the first two sections would you like to focus on next?"
What do you choose?
1.) The first paragraph 2.) The second paragraph

"The second part." You meow. Brambleberry nods.
"Honestly, this is the part of Starclan where it really feels like they pad out time with a lot of vague language that will probably only make sense once you've lived through it. There is however, one word here that we can pick out. Can you tell what it is?" You pause, trying to remember what the Starclan cats said.
'An old foe is returning, though you will not see what lurks in the shadows. They will start a fire that could spread through your clan, and all the clans if you let it, but you are water. You can stop the fire once it starts.' Then your eyes widen quickly, as you realize what your mentor is referring to.
"An OLD foe is returning. That means they've been a problem before...but to who? If it's someone I faced, it has to be either those rouges from our journey or Leaffeather...but if it's someone Riverclan or the clans in general have faced before...it could be just about anyone. I don't think it's the rouges though. They seemed pretty happy with us when we left." Brambleberry dips her head, her expression not giving away anything.
"Good interpretation. I suppose you'll have to wait and see for most of it though. As for the first part, it seems like a generic warning to me, but do you have anything you can gleam out of it?" You shake your head, unable to think of what it could mean beyond a precursor to the other parts. Brambleberry dips her head.
"Now, I can't help but think you need to start keeping a look out for other cats, either in your clan or out of it. Being a medicine cat, the best way to do that is to make friends and get news from them. You don't seem to have made many friends aside from me do you?" You blush in embarrassment as you realize you've been pouring all your time into being a medicine cat, and barely know anyone outside of Brambleberry, Ripplepaw, and your parents. Thorntail and Minnowstar come to you every so often, but only for Starclan's guidance, sickness, or wounds. You haven't seen Grasskit since you were a kit. He'll be an apprentice within the next moon, along with his siblings, Otterkit and Beetlekit. Of course you could also talk to the apprentices. They are in the age group you should be socializing with now, even though you're closer in age to Grasskit, Otterkit, and Beetlekit. Well you need to choose someone. You'll never notice a fire striking in this clan if you ignore everyone in it.
Who do you speak to?
1. Thorntail 2. Minnowstar 3. Ripplepaw (your sister) 4. Dawncloud (your mother) 5. Stonepelt (your father) 6. Grasskit And His Siblings 7. Lilypaw and Redpaw

Vashey said 1, DimLight said 2, so as to not make anyone upset about the outcome of ties, I'm implementing a new system DimLight suggested. I want each of you to make your case for why you chose your option, publically not in pm's. If you are convinced by the other person's argument, we will go with that option. If not, then I will continue with the coin flip to determine which option we take. Just going to casually push this, because it's been a while since CYOA has been at an actual pace, and with this rule never used and is not on the front page (nor is the pm vote, which is probably why SpotTail voted on the page rather than pm)

3 won. I figured this would happen. I was actually considering leaving it out but...hey let's go with it.
You decide to go talk to Ripplepaw. Even though you already know her better than the other cats you thought of, you have to much emotional baggage with your sister to begin making friends without talking to her. You see Beechtail walk into camp, with Ripplepaw just behind him. You quickly run over to them.
"Oh Beechtail! Are you done with training today?" He dips his head.
"I am. Did you want to talk to your sister?" He smiles, looking as if he understands your bond. "I'll leave you both to it." You and Ripplepaw silently pad to a back corner of camp with a squirrel to share. After the silence becomes unbearable, you speak up.
"Ripplepaw, I know you don't want to talk about it but I have to do something. I know what's wrong." Ripplepaw lets out an almost amused laugh.
"So do I. It's you being my sister, or you talking to me now, or Thorntail being injured, I can think of plenty of things that are wrong." You breath deeply, hoping your sister doesn't mean what she's saying.
"No, I mean about you. The reason you were upset is because you didn't take part in the battle." Ripplepaw flinches a little, but stays silent. You decide to push a little harder, but not too much. You don't want to hurt her. "I talked to Dawncloud. When you were fighting Whitefire and Arrowpaw you disappeared, and no one saw you until the end of the battle. Not to mention that every other apprentice even fighting with their mentors got hurt! You didn't have a scratch on you. So I have to ask, why didn't you fight. Thorntail says you're an amazing fighter, and once you grow up you could even be better than him! You don't have to be scared." You're eyes soften and you hesitantly touch your tail to her shoulder in comfort. Ripplepaw's eyes are closed, but after a moment she opens them to glare at you.
"I wasn't scared. Of course I took part in the battle. Arrowpaw was just so weak that I finished her off easily. I stook to apprentices for the battle, since that is what my abilities are at this point. All of the apprentices got wounds because they fought warriors. Just because I didn't have my mother peering over my shoulder and protecting me the whole time doesn't mean I didn't fight! You really have a habit of accusing cats before you get the facts don't you?" She gets up and stomps away in a huff, though as she goes you notice a strange look in her eyes. What is that? Sadness? Regret? You can't tell. Either way, it doesn't seem like you'll be able to figure out what's wrong now until you get some more information. You suppose you should try making some friends first, and come back to her later.
Who do you speak to?
1. Thorntail 2. Minnowstar 3. Dawncloud (your mother) 4. Stonepelt (your father) 5. Grasskit And His Siblings 6. Lilypaw and Redpaw

I mean, Thorntail was JUST right there. It's straight up time saving, Since we won't have to look for them it won't take as long in the day to go talk to him first. We can always talk to another after. Seriously laziness and efficiency is my only reason here *edit: Nevermind, I read it wrong. I forgot thorntail is currently injured. I mean hey he seems like a nice enough guy, why not try and talk to him. having warrior friends is probably a good thing, Right?

Are you arguing for or against meeting with Thorntail xD Anyways, there's not much to discuss with Dawncloud, and with us both not saying a proper 'Thank you' to Thorntail yet for keeping us in the clan (Your guys fault ) (Although we did kind of repay through endorsing him for Deputy), and Thorntail still being injured from the battle (So badly that Ripplepaw had to switch mentors in order to not fall behind in training), It would seem like a good idea to go to Thorntail. (Probably didn't have to do this because DimLight was arguing for Thorntail also)
