1 won btw, I know it's been a while. I'm coming back, but probably only for this. I don't think I have enough time for the rest of the forum games.
You decide to go by yourself. You decided not to tell your own clan about Brambleberry, so why tell the medicine cats of the other clans? Besides, if you have directions, there's no reason you should get lost on the way. Brambleberry dips her head, not agreeing with your decision, she barely ever does that these days, but accepting it, and gives you the directions. By the time you've memorized it, it is sunhigh, so you head out towards fourtrees like Brambleberry told you to. As you arrive, you look around, hoping to see Sparrowflight or Darkfur. They would have to cross this way to get through Windclan wouldn't they? Well, you can't wait. You continue onto Windclan territory, marked by the rising and falling moors, and no trees in sight. After you've walked for a while, but highstones is still nowhere in sight, you see cats racing up behind you. You stop and turn around, hoping to see the other medicine cats. Sparrowflight runs up to you, closely followed by Darkfur.
"Hello Stormpaw." Sparrowflight meows, dipping his head.
"Hello Sparrowflight. Have you seen Brightflower or Fennelpaw?" He and Darkfur both shake their heads.
"The usually met Leaffeather on the border at fourtrees. Did you not wait for them?" You shake your head slowly.
"No, I didn't know I was supposed to wait for them, but I did stay for a couple minutes to see if anyone came by, and I didn't see any cat." Sparrowflight's eyes darken.
"This could be bad. We may not make it to the moonstone in time if we go back for them, not to mention we don't know where they are. They could be waiting at fourtrees, they could have given up and came after us, or they...might be delayed, or might not be coming at all because of some issue with Windclan. Maybe we should wait for a patrol? We might be able to ask them."
What do you do?
1.) Go on without them 2.) Go back to fourtrees to look for them 3.) Wait for a patrol

"Stormpaw has been given a gift that allows her to see and speak with Starclan warriors while she is awake. They guide her." I was looking back to remember all of the names of the Medicine cats, and which Clans they are, when I came across this line during the gathering. I wasn't sure of the last vote, so I didn't vote on it, but this quote (said during the gathering) makes the best option for the previous vote pretty obvious... Although, sidenote: "Brambleberry dips her head, not agreeing with your decision," What? Brambleberry TOLD us to do this, and now she's dissaproving of it? What! Was this just a hiccup that happened because of how long it's been since you've written your last entry?

She suggested that you go with her up until the tunnel down to the moonstone. You chose to go alone. Mind you, she's also not disagreeing with your decision. She's trying to keep her opinions out of your choices these days so you can begin to grow into a full medicine cat who doesn't need to rely on anyone but herself.

You decide to keep going. Brightflower and Fennelpaw had each other, and they wouldn't be in any danger crossing their own territory if they were late. After explaining this to the medicine cats, they agree and you head onward. Soon enough, you exit Windclan territory and begin to head down the pressing dark tunnel of Mothermouth. As you get deeper, you begin to hear whispers, none of them intelligible. You start to pad faster, wanting to get away from the somehow terrifying voices echoing in the tunnels. Still, it seems like an endless walk until you see a touch of light up ahead.
"The moon is already overhead. We must hurry." Sparrowflight meows from the front. You and the other medicine cats race towards the now blinding light, and come to a chamber lit up with white light from a beautiful stone in the center of the room. A small hole at the top of the cavern seems to be what is letting the moonlight through. You turn to Sparrowflight.
"Is there any way you could present me to Starclan? I don't exactly have a mentor to do it for-" Your voice is suddenly cut off by paw steps thundering from the tunnel behind you. You didn't know it was even possible to run through the tunnel, but that is definitely what this is. You turn around and see Fennelpaw rush into the cavern and stand beside you, with Brightflower close behind.
"Sorry we're late." Brightflower meows, out of breath. "A patrol got attacked by a dog so we had to treat a couple injuries before we left."
"Anything serious?" Darkfur asks quietly. Brightflower shakes her head.
"Just a couple scratches and raw pads. It was really just bad timing." Darkfur nods.
"Well that's a relief. Now, I believe Stormpaw was asking Sparrowflight to present them to Starclan." She turns to you, her striking gray eyes opening slowly to look into your's. "Isn't that true?"
"Well...uh...yeah..." You stumble over your words. Something about Darkfur, or maybe it's just being down here, makes your fur prickle. You turn away from her, back to Sparrowflight. "Sparrowflight, would you mind?" He shakes his head.
"Not at all." He and the other medicine cats surround the moonstone without speaking, as if they are all used to this. Sparrowflight in on your left, with Fennelpaw on your right. They all close their eyes, and you hastily follow, as Sparrowflight begins the ceremony.
"Stormpaw, is it your wish to enter the mysteries of Starclan as a medicine cat?" You breath deeply, calming your nerves, before replying.
"It is." Sparrowflight, likely sensing your anxiety, places his tail on your back before replying.
"Warriors of Starclan, I present to you this apprentice. They have chosen the path of a medicine cat. Grant them your wisdom and insight so that they may understand your ways and heal their clan in accordance with your will." At that moment, the moonstone flashes with an even brighter light in front of you, and all the medicine cats are taken aback. This can't be normal. You would be the only one shocked if it were. You see cats, lots of cats, all around you and the other medicine cats. With the stars glistening on their fur, you would guess they are cats from Starclan, but you don't see the familiar spotted pelt of Brambleberry. At first, you don't see anyone you recognize, until you see a pale gray she-cat at the back. It's Featherstar, and she's standing next to a pure white she-cat who has almost the exact same shade of blue eyes as Featherstar. You don't recognize her. You realize your shivering, and you can't figure out why. It's not cold in here, but then...you suppose you must be scared. You look around, wondering what about Starclan and the old Riverclan leader could be frightening. That is when you realize no one is wearing an expression. Before you can figure out why, they all disappear. The medicine cats, even Darkfur, look shocked.
"Was...was that supposed to happen?" you ask tentatively. Brightflower is the first to shake her head.
"No, I've never heard of anything like that happening. Maybe...we should just go on like normal, and ask Starclan when we see them in our dreams." Bright flower finishes, a hint of fear in her eyes, but Darkfur steps up, looking even more shaken.
"But this isn't NORMAL. You can't just brush off something like this. Maybe it's a warning. We should all go back to our clans and see if something is wrong." Fennelpaw nods in agreement, clearly terrified, but Sparrowflight shakes his head.
"It may be abnormal, but we won't be able to find out what it was if we go back to our clans now. I agree with Brightflower, we should stay." You realize you are the only one left. Your decision is the final vote. You have a feeling this had something to do with you, but you can't be sure, and both sides made convincing arguments. If you're right though, maybe just you should leave or stay. Starclan seemed to have very strong feelings about your presence, although you aren't sure if they're positive or negative feelings.
What do you do?
1.) Decide to leave early 2.) Decide to stay and ask Starclan what it was about 3.) Decide just you should leave 4.) Decide just you should stay

"'Sparrowflight, would you ming?'" Yes, I would ming "This isn't normal." (Not the quote) This is a piece of narration that is unneeded to be stated as omniscient narration. You can easily restate it to be an inference of Stormpaw, ie 'This must not be normal', and it will flow better, being an observation of Stormpaw being made by the other Medicine cat's reaction towards the vision. Not to mention it is verbatim what Darkfur(?, look below) says below that. Do you write this all down and then do the paragraphs? Because the bit of dialogue after the vision is very difficult to read, and it seems like the quote isn't associated with the character, it seems like Brightflower says the first line, and Darkfur says the second, however those phrases are in the paragraph before, so... it's very confusing who's saying what. Also, you forgot to end the quotation marks in the last paragraph.

You decide to stay, agreeing with Brightflower and Sparrowflight. You won't be able to find out what what was if you don't speak with Starclan. Tentatively, you all sit down beside the moonstone and press your noses against it. You feel blackness tugging at the edge of your conscience immediately, and let yourself be consumed by it, sinking into a deep sleep. As your eyes open, you find yourself alone, not in the moonstone cavern, but in some dimly lit forest, with a bright half-moon overhead, and five cats. Featherstar and that white she-cat from before are still there, but there are also a leopard spotted she-cat with green eyes, a brown tabby tom with green eyes and...a very odd shaped jaw, and a muscular medium-gray tom with amber eyes. All these cats were in the circle before, but you hadn't noticed them among so many other cats. Featherstar steps forward.
"Welcome to Starclan Stormpaw. We have been waiting for you." You tilt your head in confusion.
"Why didn't you just come to visit me? I can see you when I am awake after all." Featherstar looks away, seeming to be hiding something.
"There was another cat who had a gift similar to your's. We visited him all at once, trying to give him all the prophecies the clans would need. That, did not work well. His clanmates thought him crazy, and he slowly lived up to their expectations when he realized...well nevermind. You don't need to know all of his story. Anyway, this is our second chance. We won't make the same mistakes with you. You're clan needs to trust you for what is to come." You wonder who that cat could have been, thankful that Starclan would take care to make sure her life went better than...his.
"I have a couple of things to ask you." You look slowly up at Featherstar.
"Where is Brambleberry? I didn't see her in that circle of cats back there, or here in Starclan." Featherstar smiles.
"Oh, that is easy. She is in your camp. A Starclan cat can only exist in one place at a time, just like any other cat, and she decided to stay and keep an eye on Riverclan." As Featherstar finishes speaking, you nod, becoming less worried about your mentor.
"Another thing. What was the circle of cats back there for? None of the other medicine cats seemed to understand it." You look up at Featherstar as she breaths deeply.
"That was something we tried to control. While we cannot be everywhere at once, we can see everything at once, because...shells of ourselves, if you will, exist everywhere while we are in Starclan. You're gift to see us combined with the moonstone's power to medicine cat's allowed you to see our shells. Brambleberry wasn't there either because she was in Riverclan, not Starclan, so her shells do not exist right now." She meows slowly. You are still wondering about one thing.
"How did the other medicine cats see them then?" You ask in confusion. Featherstar shrugs.
"That we aren't sure about. It could be something to do with how we were trying so hard to keep our shells out of view. It could have had the opposite effect." You nod.
"So it didn't mean anything besides the fact that my gift exists." The white she-cat laughs at this before replying.
"No, that didn't mean much." She meows humorously. The leopard spotted she-cat steps up, her gaze much more somber.
"That may have not meant anything, but you know we have to tell her something that does." she glares at the white she-cat before turning to the brown tabby tom. She dips her head to him in respect, as if he is older than her, and should be given the opportunity to explain this to you. The tom nods and turns to you.
"Stormpaw, something is building. You have had moons of safety and comfort. Fate has determined that cannot ever last forever." He trails off, and the medium-gray tom steps toward you, resting his tail on your back, before speaking.
"An old foe is returning, though you will not see what lurks in the shadows. They will start a fire that could spread through your clan, and all the clans if you let it, but you are water. You can stop the fire once it starts." He and the other cats step into a line, their words all coming in sync, sounding less like their five unique voices and more like one, unfarmiliar new voice.
"You will not see them, but they will come. They will build until nothing can be seen but them, and the fire shall consume the forest. Though you are the water destined to extinguish this threat, you cannot fight something you cannot see. Watch out for fire Stormpaw. Your actions are the difference between the forest's life and death." They pause, and Featherstar steps forward once again.
"Stormpaw, be safe. Though you may want to face this threat now, please don't. The fire won't listen until you can show them they have gone to far. Be safe. Be kind. Always be you. I know you won't fail us." As she meows her last words, Starclan fades and your eyes burst open. You're in the Moonstone cavern again. The other medicine cats seem to already be awake.
"I...I had a...Starclan told me that-" Sparrowflights tail flies over your mouth.
"You can only speak about what you learned from Starclan with your leader or any other medicine cats in your clan. Go to Minnowstar, he will help you with your dream." You nod slowly, wondering if you should go to Brambleberry instead. After all, Sparrowflight doesn't know about her. Before you can think about it more than that, Darkfur comes up beside you.
"We should start heading back. Sparrowflight and I can take you to fourtrees. Will you be able to find your way from there?" Darkfur looks down at you with her natural, practically emotionless expression restored.
"Yeah, I know my way." you reply confidently. She nods and you and the other medicine cats begin to head back. Soon enough, you've arrived back at camp, but you're not sure what to do. You could tell Brambleberry or Minnowstar about the dream, or just keep it to yourself. After all, they said you couldn't face it now.
What do you do?
1.) Tell Brambleberry 2.) Tell Minnowstar 3.) Keep it to Yourself

Even though it's fandom writing, this fits into my StarClan theory that I am slowly developing The shell concept was interesting, and, although I didn't want to say it in my vote, I honestly thought that the whole thing was unimportant, and everyone was overreacting. Open notes: We've only had 2 foes so far: Leaffeather and the Rogues. Also, after giving resources on Leaffeather, Icestar spilled info, saying that Leaffeather will enter back into the story: Very true trouble, Leaffeather is a complicated cat with a story you haven't even heard all of yet, but going on what you have now that is the best place to look. I would, however, try to read up on that particular case, as it will come into play again at some point. Well, nothing here was supposed to be hidden from you very much, except one, which is the four cats with Featherstar. Two I think are obvious but I could be wrong, and you can use those to figure out a third. The last one is more related to Featherstar. I don't think it should be too hard to figure out, but either way it's not nessisary. Side Notes: Yes, I was talking about Goosefeather, and I have to say this was my first time making up fandom rules, so I hope it doesn't sound completely contrived.

You decide to tell Minnowstar. It's his clan after all, not Brambleberry's. He deserves to know if something is coming. You enter his den, a grim expression on your face. He see's it immediately and asks you what's wrong. You take a deep breath and recount the entirety of your dream.
"Wait, a white she-cat you say? With blue eyes?" He meows, seeming shocked. You nod.
"I think that was Moonbeam, Leaffeather's sister. And the brown tabby with the...the jaw sounds like Crookedstar. He was a great leader of Riverclan once, and he gave me one of my lives. I don't know about the other two though. Now, onto the more pressing issue. This..phrophecy. 'You will not see them, but they will come. They will build until nothing can be seen but them, and the fire shall consume the forest. Though you are the water destined to extinguish this threat, you cannot fight something you cannot see. Watch out for fire Stormpaw. Your actions are the difference between the forest's life and death.' I've never heard a prophecy tell you to wait. I can't think of anyone it could be besides Leaffeather, and it's true we don't know where she went once she was exiled. Maybe something will happen here if you go to look for her? I think you should stay near camp for a while, and maybe we should have some cat go out with you when you go looking for herbs. We'll keep an eye out for Leaffeather on patrols, and anything else for that matter, but it seems that until she becomes a threat, we can't do much more than that." You dip your head in agreement and back out of the den.
Then you begin to think. Is that really all you can do? You can't seem to get the phrophecy out of your head. Like they suggested you would, you want badly to do...something. Anything to help your clan, and apparently all the clans, get through this. You could talk to Brambleberry about it. Her being a Starclan cat could still give you some insight now that Minnowstar knows about it. You could ask for some battle training to help you learn to defend yourself in case Leaffeather does attack while you're out. You could stock up on herbs as much as possible, in case of a surprise attack that will need training. On the other hand, you could just go on as normal, with Minnowstar's suggestions in place. Starclan did tell you not to face the threat now.
What do you do?
1.) Talk to Brambleberry 2.) Ask for battle training 3.) Stock up on herbs 4.) Go on as normal

With your mind being as restless as it is right now, you can't just sit and wait for Leaffeather to come like Minnowstar suggested. You decide to talk to Brambleberry. Maybe your mentor will have some idea of what she can do, or, since she is a Starclan cat, maybe she'll have more insight on this matter. You pad back into your den and find Brambleberry sitting in the back, sorting herbs. She comes over to you.
“So, did you meet Starclan?” she asks neutrally. You nod.
“Well, five of them. Featherstar was there, and I met Moonbeam…Crookedstar and two others Minnowstar didn’t know about. More importantly though, they gave me a prophecy.” Once again, you recount the story of your dream. Brambleberry nods slowly.
“I suppose they had to tell you sometime. Were…were you scared of them?” You tilt your head in confusion.
“No, of course not. Why would I be?” Brambleberry nodded to herself for a moment before turning back to you.
“No reason. Well, while I can’t tell you more than they already have about the prophecy, as your mentor, it’s my job to help you interpret this.” Brambleberry meows.
“But…both me and Minnowstar determined pretty quickly that it has to be about Leaffeather.” Brambleberry nodded.
“Yes, that part of the prophecy was never going to be hard to interpret. You have the luxury of only having had one cat who you could be considered to be an old foe. What I’m guessing you didn’t talk to Minnowstar about though, was what she is going to do. Just because you can’t try to stop it now doesn’t mean you can’t consider it and maybe worry about it. They did say ‘Watch out for fire.’ so you should definitely starting thinking about it and looking for any signs that the prophecy is coming true soon.” Brambleberry finishes, and you begin to nod. You had pretty much ignored the majority of their words, beyond the reference to Leaffeather and the fact that you shouldn’t face her now. If you hadn’t talked to Brambleberry about this, you may have been caught off guard when Leaffeather did become a threat.
“I suppose you’re right. So, what about what they said was important?” You ask. Brambleberry quickly shakes her head.
“Starclan cats rarely say anything in or around a prophecy that isn’t important. A better question would be, which part would you like to interpret first?” You dip your head, trying to remember what the Starclan cats had said. If you remember correctly, Once you were done talking about the shells, they said…
"Stormpaw, something is building. You have had moons of safety and comfort. Fate has determined that cannot ever last forever."
"An old foe is returning, though you will not see what lurks in the shadows. They will start a fire that could spread through your clan, and all the clans if you let it, but you are water. You can stop the fire once it starts."
"You will not see them, but they will come. They will build until nothing can be seen but them, and the fire shall consume the forest. Though you are the water destined to extinguish this threat, you cannot fight something you cannot see. Watch out for fire Stormpaw. Your actions are the difference between the forest's life and death."
"Stormpaw, be safe. Though you may want to face this threat now, please don't. The fire won't listen until you can show them they have gone to far. Be safe. Be kind. Always be you. I know you won't fail us.”
Once you tell Brambleberry what the words were, she nods.
“So there were four parts. Three of the cats spoke, and they all spoke the prophecy. Which part would you like to tackle first?”
Which do you choose?
1.) The first paragraph 2.) The second paragraph 3.) The third paragraph 4.) The fourth paragraph
