Where to put the Mysterious Herb?

Alright. So I'm doing this subquest that's after To Be a Legend (I'm not sure what's it's called), and after the two brown cats stole the Life Crystal and the Death crystal I forgot where to put the herb that Tar gave me. Could someone please tell me where to put it?
