So during spring break last week my sister and I saw The Hunger Games. I heard about the movie and the book but I hadn't read it. Basically, based on the commercials, I was thinking "A bunch of kids killing each other? This has got to be the best thing ever." So we watched. And I probably soiled myself several times from the epicness. During the bloodbath I actually cringed a bit and realized that this movie could have easily been rated R. Anyway, the movie was awesome and so I pirated bought the trilogy to read. I finished the first one.

I read the books first, and I think the books were better. Movie was pretty damn good though.
They did the deaths very well, considering they are all pretty much children actors.

Ah, I'm on the second book. The movie was good, but it's sad that the same director isn't going to do the second movie.

I dunno . . . the whole idea of post-apocalpse seems rather . . . stupid, and somewhat weird idea to me. Don't mean to offend anyone, though, ignore me. I think I'll stick to Redwall books.
