I'm lost. It's hard to fight Scourge. I'm not high leveled, but I can't seem to level up much. Main cat: 50 Longtail: 43 Goldenflower: 42/43 Frostfur: 40 Yes, I know your all going to reply saying, "Level up your cat to level 75 and learn fiery fury." Unless I haven't mentioned, which I have, I'm finding it hard to level up. Anyone got any OTHER ideas of helping me? X.X ---EDIT--- I tried again. I got him down to 19191 health. Then he used BloodClan (Summat) on me. He Killed Longtail and weakened me to 1403 health. I attempted to catnip myself but I'd run out. Therefore his Death Blow worked without failure.

There's an area by River Clan.. not exactly near the actual camp entrance [it's within the territory] but I want to say if you go upwards. Someone may be able to explain the location better, but it looks marshy/has different music I believe, you can earn a loooot of experience there. It's a small area. [hopefully someone knows what I'm talking about D=]

What do you do to level up? I usually take tips found on the site, but it's taking too long D:

Riverclan is where i trained and after a few hours my terribly under leveled cats could take on Scourge easily, so like Koa said the gorge.

I'm wondering is the territory Koa discribed was the gorge? .w. I've tried places like: RiverClan Gorge ShadowClan WindClan Places with the enemies e.g. Mousefur, Longtail, Badgers Anywhere I've overlooked?

Well if you manage to recover your game go to where Bluestar died and battle the cats there.

AH yes, it was where Bluestar died I think. [is that the gorge? LOL it's been awhile since I've played.. I just remember going over there and saying "Hey, I train here all the time!"] That is where I trained frequently. If I recall correctly, it gave the most experience points in the closest proximity to the actual camp.
What precisely is wrong with the application? Does it fail to launch the game entirely? (i.e. the game does not appear on the screen) Or is there a display issue or technical issue in which the game loads and the screen appears but it is either graphically hindered or "frozen?"
Create a back-up of your saves (if they aren't corrupted) and save them in another folder somewhere safe on your hardrive. Then, re-install/download the game and see if that solves the problem.

Thanks much! I was able to get my game back. I have continued my training already and heres my stats: Main cat: 54 Longtail: 46 Goldenflower: 46 Frostfur: 43 Is there any kind of proven technique that might work against scourge?

Make sure one of your cats can heal or you have lots of healing stuff. Be a decent level. Just keep trying. Really all there is to it.

Moved to Questions Ok I've helped out numerous people with Scourge, so I'm just gonna copy/paste what I told someone a few days ago XD On the topic of scourge, I've beaten him at 47 main ~43 others 2-3 times on test accounts, but there is a large degree of luck involved at such low levels. I've heard about someone who supposedly beat him at 43 main, which is conceivable but *much* harder (due to no CoD & lower stats). What I suggest is to get into a "rythm" (sp?) of what works best for you. Have a cat that always tries to get some damage in, and a designated healer that maximal heals continuously. Have the other cats do whatever is necessary on that turn (i.e. revive if some cat is dead, attack if they're all alive with decent hp, etc.) And remember until you're 75+ chance is still very important and it will probably take multiple tries. A final consideration to remember is that Scourge recovers a small amount of hp invisibly every turn, and if you go too long without damaging him at all this may start to add up. I first beat Scourage at main cat lvl 64. I can say that you have to rely on your luck unless you're over at least 55.

Thanks! I just tried to keep Goldenflower, who had Revive, alive. Thornclaw did any healing when I needed it and Ripplestar and Longtail just attacked. I then kept getting told Scourge was recovering 2500 health each turn. Notification: Scourge has regained 2500 health! Me: :OOO No. Ripple: Claws of Destruction Longtail: Warrior Strike Goldenflower: Revive Thornclaw: X.X Then.. Ripple: X.X Longtail: Warrior Strike Goldenflower: X.X Thornclaw: X.X

Cool, my killing move was C.O.D I swear, one more turn and he woulda killed me. Also, he was using Bloodclan life steal a lot, and I didn't take a hint that he was low on health. What Level dod you kill him on? I finnaly beat him at level 56. Everyone says :Level up to 75, and you will beat him easily" What a load of nonsense.

You could do what i did. Get all your cats to learn claws of destruction or warrior destruction. have one healer, who can use catnip, maximal heal, and revival. then just keep attacking and healing when needed.
