If you've read Code of the Clans, you should know that code 12, "A warrior rejects the soft life a kittypet," was made after Pinestar left the forest. This is the most recent code added. Well, I've been thinking. What if, after the DF Battles, what leaders/cats remaining add a new code? Something like,
"A warrior rejects training form the Dark Forest, because a true warrior needs not any training from such evil cats."
or something. What'd ya think?

I’m not sure. I don’t think that they would add one that specific pertaining to the dark forest, because it coutns as not being loyal to your clan and developing loyalties in other, which is against the warrior code.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the erins added another rule, though maybe along different lines, and it might not be a forbidding rule.
Depending on the situation of the clans after the attle they might decide to relax some of the loyalty to your clan first rules, to get rid of them, to to create a new one that makes for some allowances. I can’t real think of anymore.
If a new rule is made though, I think it will be suggested by either Ivypool, one of the three, or Hollyleaf(-star, hopefully by the end of the book XD).

I wish everyone wouldn't be so surmounted by the Three, Ivy, and Holly. Why does that mean they should be the ones to suggest everything or be the leaders?
Hollyleaf has never had an apprentice and neither had Ivy, plus Ivy's too young to be leader. And, Hollyleaf ran away from her clan for seasons. It'd just be upsetting plot end to make her leader.

Holly being leader would defy the code in itself so i do not see that happening......

Exactly: no apprentice, killed a cat (I don't care HOW desperate the situation was), and ran away from her clan. It's not just that, but do you think most the clan would be comfortrable with a leader that did all that?
