Currently a tie between Chade and Piplup! You may notice the post hasn't been edited in a while, but I realized I was mistakenly listing Chade as having 2 vouches when really there was only one, but now Chade actually does have 2 vouches

I can't decide which or who I would vote for. Haven't been a member long and don't really know people enough . . .

Thought of the questions, but maybe not questions, I dunno. Pip, Shade, if you found someone breaking the rules, but that person was your best friend, what would you do? Please don't lie on this question.

I would give an appropriate punishment (after doing a spell check on this post XD), people who are rude and don't follow laws (or rules) aren't real friends.

Please don't lie on this question. It really depends on their background. If they have broken the rules before, and did it again, they would probably have a temporary ban, or, if it was something big,(Like really big spamming, ex. 400 posts just saying "Nom")they would have to receive a permanent ban. Best friend or not, this place doesn't need any rule-breakers.

That would be hard to think of, and that question sorta seemed like one anyways. What about a question like this.... A new member just joined, but he doesn't seem to get what spamming and smiting are. He doesn't really know how to spell, and you suspect him of being underage. He tries to tell you that no, he's not underage, he just doesn't get it and he won't do it again. However, he keeps on doing it. What do you do?
Maybe something like that.

I would recommend using the spell check, smiting people for no reason is wrong (and i think punishable?) and that spamming can result into a (crap, forget what the punishment is for spamming! bolt wanna help me here on this one?)

I probably won't vote, alas I have been absent from here for a long time and do not know either of you well. That might be deemed as an excuse, but when I've submitted opinions for moderators, I did best on those whom I knew well.
These are things you WILL need to know, eventually. Whether you or not you actually make use of this knowledge on this particular forum can vary, given that some of the things I deal with aren't as "severe" or "extreme" here. I will reply with good examples for what to do with the first four once you have both answered.
I hope with what further questions I have provided from my experiences and past attempts and a final attempt at filling out moderator applications for WolfQuest will aid those who are choosing.
(1 How would you determine whether or not someone is using a proxy? 2) How would you determind if someone is using a duplicate account? 3) Do IP addresses determine the true location of an individual? Are they always reliable to use to determine such information? 4) If an IP from a user is from "the same location" as another user but is not the exact IP, is it safe to assume they are the same person? Why or why not?
More basic knowledge and scenarios. Please respond with what you would do. 5) A user has an inappropirate signature. What do you do? Note that the user has a clean record and is a good member of the site - a suspension or ban would be too harsh. If you can't get them to remove it, who would you contact to remove or edited the signature for you? 6) Two users are fighting via the chat. 7) Someone claims another user has harassed them via private message. What do you do, and what do you ask for? *Think carefully about this one; likely if you don't you will overlook a few important things. 8) You are not sure whether or not a user has taken a copyrighted work in the poetry board and altered it. 9) A user disagrees with your reason for locking a topic and contacts you via PM. How do you respond? 10 ) You are having a bad day and log on to see an angry user has messaged you due to your disciplinary action towards them on a thread.

Ok, now i ask/answer some questions to this 1.) whats a proxy? 2.) i would ask them if its a brother/sister/cousin/wife/husband
