I'm just wondering if I meet (or at least SORT of meet) the requirements to beat him. (Like levels, ect).
Party -
Hero - Level 54 (Thinking of getting to at least 60-75)
Longtail - Level 48 (Probably needs to be higher)
Frostfur - Level 48 (Ditto)
Brightheart - Level 36 (Needs to be higher)
I already know that you can't poison or stun, but I know you can lower his attack using Motherly Softness, which is handy. I have at least 20 Catnips, and I'm thinking of getting more. I have 2 Stardusts, which I know is good.
So what I'm asking you is...
Should I level up more? Or am I ready to face him? Do I need any more items? Or do I have enough? Should I get a different clanmate in my party? Or are these lot OK? Do you know any handy tips? Or do I know everything I should know?
Well, thanks for reading, any help will be appreciated! ;D

It's a good start. First, at three of your cats has to be at LEAST Level 50, so you still have some training to go. As for your Hero, try to at least get to level 60 for the bare minimum. 20 Catnips is more than enough, you only need 10, but don't sell them. You'll want some Antivenoms, about 10 to be on the safe side. I don't think you're quite read yet. A good idea is to save before you battle him so if you need to you can train more. Many people recommend level 75 for Firey Fury move, but I'm kind of lazy and It's a pain to train all the way up. With all the training, I suggest buying Fishes, Adders, and Birds, to raise your AGI [Agility], HP, and EP, which is super helpful. I've been doing it through the entire game and it makes it so much easier. You'll also last longer. I suggest training in Windclan Territory, because you can run into up to groups of three cats, which rakes up roughly 2000 EXP. There's also a mixture of clan cats, so you can pick up helpful items.

Now's not the time to change your party members after training them so hard. Unless you want to train cats from level 25 to level 50. Just stick with the cats you already have, because they're all good cats. So i don't think your ready for Scourge yet.

Thanks! I have about 10 Antivenoms anyways, and thanks for the tip about WindClan cats! I had been training around the gorge since I was level 19! I've also thought about training up to level 75 for Firey Fury, even though it would take ages. But thank you very much for all the tips, and the honest opinion!
