In To Be A Legend you have to beat Wrath Scourge. This is how you defeat him
Just have Scourge. You can get Scourge by talking to Dust and battling scourge. (To recruit regular Scourge, just use Killing Bite until it hits)
Once you have Scourge, train him to level 69 when he gets Apocalyptic Strike. Hit Wrath Scourge with that and another powerful move and he should be dead. Pretty easy.
