I walked to the area where the bridge is for the island and leafpool was there she said stuff about me not having all the medicine cats but now I cant leave

Yep. Unfortunately, you have to go the other way to get the medicine cats. If you've already beaten Tigerstar in the the Dark Forest, then you can use the Darkness Tablet (or something like that) and it'll instantly transport you to the warriors den. If not...well, if you've already saved there you're going to have to start over. Unless someone else knows a way around it.
