I'm sure you've all heard about a new song that has given my favorite day of the week a bad name. It's like a more nasally Justin Beiber signing even more ridiculous lyrics. I thought that I wouldn't find anything worse than "baby, baby, baby oh", but I obviously was wrong. I mainly dislike it cuz of the lyrics. I mean honestly, "my friend is to my right..." It takes skill to fail that badly.... Support a just cause by DISLIKING this video on your youtube account! Join the 1.8M people who already disliked it! www.youtube.com/watch?v=CD2LRROpph0And r0fl at all the parodies that come up when you search it on YouTube. I recommend the parody "Tuesday." Thoughts on this? I'd be interested to hear all of them. P.S. If you like this song, no offense intended. I just posted this cuz irl my friends and I were trying to get tons of dislikes on this video to add to the 1.8M it already has EDIT: Why doesn't Rebecca Black ever attend a football or basketball game? +10 karma to whoever answers this first.

I wouldn't completely ridicule the song - there is a message behind it but a lot of people do not realize it. I'm not a fan of it, but I don't completely hate it either. The Thoughtful Observer had a good view on this - I won't link to it since it may be slightly inappropirate. However, if you are able to find it, I'd recommend reading it and posting your opinion here. Whether it was indeed Black's (own, non-influenced) message for the song, I doubt it, particularly because I'd imagine it would be too out of the ordinary for such a young girl to come up with a "hidden message" like that one and then leak out her feelings to the recorders and directors for the video and whatnot. Not that its impossible, but I doubt it for this particular case.

About the message...... is it "you gotta get down on Friday" cause thats the only thing i would think of as a message (an obvious one)
