Logging in Troubles

You may have noticed I haven't been on much lately. Well, that's because I'm having a hard time logging in.

Whenever I try and log in, it ALWAYS says my password is not correct or the username and password do not match.

The ONLY way for me to log in is to completely reset my password. I keep resetting it to the same word, but no matter what I do the password is never correct.

YES, I am putting it in right.

NO, I did not accidentally have caps lock on.

YES, I know my own username.

I tried the Help button, but unsurprisingly it was unhelpful. I tried to find a email or something so I could contact Proboards but found nothing.


Is this happening to anyone else?

No, it has not happened to me yet. Perhaps you want to send something to them with this?

Happened to me a few times.I think when you set it to remember your password and such on other proboards it gets confused.When i tried to log in it, it saved my other usernames instead of the one i have on this proboards (if that makes sense) I took off the remember me option on all my proboards and refreshed the page on the log in then it worked.

Well I just always have it keep me logged in so that hasn't been happening to me.

I always had it logged in, too, except I accidentally cleared my cookies so I had to log in again.


Snowfeather: I don't think that's the problem, unfortunately.
