^ Sounds delicious.
I kinda eat something different for breakfast every day. Like I haven't yet today (I need to) but it's either cereal, leftovers, or fruit.

It is quite delicious, the fish oil ones have a mint after taste and the sublingual b12 tastes sort of like raspberry.

Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. If I sleep until about ten I don't get hungry until about 1:00, but if I wake up around 8-9:00 then I wake up hungry.

I have pills because i am a vegetarian so i get things such as proteins and b12 from them. Besides that i also usually have toast and tea. (and pecans, walnuts and sometimes brazil nuts because they are good for prostate.)
You really should try to eat breakfast every morning, i do not know about you all but my school has preached the importance of breakfast from like grade 4 to atleast 8 (cannot recall). I find that if i do not have something in the morning i am usually more sluggish by lunchtime.

O_____________________________________O sorry just wasn't expecting that I do not understand how people don't eat meat seriously, it's like my main line of food. QUICK HOW DO YOU PRONOUNCE "PECAN"? I usually eat some form of breakfast. Like I said, some morning I just don't get hungry. Though I eat plenty, trust me. I'm constantly eating after 12:00 PM. It's miraculous I only weigh 108. And yes it is 1:00 in the morning here. My dad has the internet turn off after 10:00, but not on my mom's Mac. She doesn't know that unless you hold down the power button, not just click it, it doesn't turn fully off and doesn't log out. If you press the keyboard in the next 15 minutes, then you don't have to log in. So I snuck on after she went to bed.

Peh-can or pea-can is how i hear most pronounce it. It is in fact better to eat food throughout the day rather then in 3 square meals if you are trying to lose weight or maintain a certain weight, as well as having a snack as soon as you get home from school (or 3:00-4:00pm otherwise) coupled with working out it is the best way to reveal muscle.

@bolt: Okay, trying not to spazz out here. Jsyk, it's pronounced "peh-caun." Never pea-can or peh-can. It drives me craazzzzyyy when darn northerners, Yankees, pronounce it wrong. The reason it's pronounced wrong so often is because Pecan trees only grow on one place on earth: south central US. AKA Texas/Louisiana/New Mexico. My mom throws a fit whenever people say it wrong. She'll start ranting for hours. x3 Kind of like when people pronounce caramel as "care-ah-mel." //eye twitch// It's actually best to graze. Grazing is when you're constantly eating just a little bit. It speeds up your metabolism. Also, don't eat carbohydrates. Only really active people such as professional athletes need to eat carbohydrates. Everything you get from bread/wheat/grain, you can get from fruits and vegetables. Oh, and don't eat fake sugar. (Stevia, Trulia, etc) If you want I can go in the long scientific reason why. I only occasionally eat junk food. For the most part, I eat a lot of fruit and meat, and some vegetables. Carbohydrates every now and then. Not too much sugar. I weigh 108 and I'm 5'6"

It drives me crazy when 'southerners' pronounce crayfish, crawfish. I can judge as well.....
Those fake sweeteners can give you cancer.....

Never met a southerner who said crawfish.
Never heard of that, but they'll actually do the opposite of what they're designed to do: they'll make you fat. When your body consumes sugar, it sends out something called insulin to bring down your glucose level. Insulin is what help control your sugar intake. However, when you consume fake sugar, your body detects real sugar. It sends out insulin, but since it isn't real sugar, the insulin have nothing to absorb. So after this repeated process of eating fake sugar, and your body sending out insulin to control it but not finding any sugar, your body starts to grow immune. It stops sending out insulin, because whenever it does, it's always a "false alarm". Now, when you eat real sugar, like honey, cane sugar, etc, your body won't send out any insulin even though it's real, because it's learned not to send it out. So now whenever you have real sugar, nothing is controlling the intake. You start putting on weight because your body isn't controlling your sugar intake. So it's either stay on fake sugar your whole life, which is generally a bad idea, or just stick with the natural stuff and exercise/eat properly.

I see it all the time.
I have several diabetics in my family, terrible problem it really is. However there are many things you can do to combat it (I am straying off topic but that it because i agree with everything you said), proper diet, exercise can do wonders for those who are diabetics (most just sit there and rely on a pump or needle to get their insulin). It angers me to no end.

I use to have a kid in my 1st grade class who had diabetes. I was always jealous because he was allowed to eat fruit rollups for snacks when the rest of the class couldn't eat sweets xP
I don't know much about genetic disorders in our family. My brother has a case of mild dyslexia, and my dad has bad vision, but that's it.
