Just curious, I noticed that they were like ultimate catnips, so can you help me find more than 1?

After you complete the subquest Cats In Need, a pathway opens in the mountains and if you go up it you can fight eagles. They will drop eagles most of the time when you beat them.

you can also find them at some hunting spots in the tribe of rushing water.

I'm not to that point in the story, tribe cats dropped a couple as I was training.
