Hey, what do you guys think should happen if the character dies?
Note: If an option that involves losing money on death is picked, (prolly even if it isn') I'll be adding a "bank" feature for storing A.
EDIT: If you chose some of your money, please say how much.

i voted the some as you did Admin. I think it depends on who you are battling in the game is depending on how much you lose. Plus where the more you advance in the game you more you should loss.
I only if you put a bank in though. If not, I say lose nothing.

Yea I'll certainly be putting a money bank in, probably in the next update. I may even put an item bank in, if I could get the stupid thing to work

Yea, I understand how catastrophic that could be for someone if they just happened to forget they had a lot of money with them and went out to kill a hard boss or something and died with it by accident...

Okay well I think I've come to a conclusion with this feedback. Through most of the game, items will be safe. When you die you'll lose a portion of your unbanked money, more depending on the sum of your current party's levels. However, there will be certain "dangerous" areas of the game, which will display a confirmation message before you enter. When inside one, you probably will have a red skull or something on your screen to remind you of the danger. if you die there, you lose all unbanked items and money. Respawn points will be selectable by the player and respawn point options will change as the story progresses. Hows that sound?

Im not understanding what you mean by respawn points.
So you got the item bank to work then? Which game is it going to be in?

I think I'll put it in NP for sure, maybe original. And no, I didn't, but I did get the gold bank to work. You won't lose any items unless I can get it to work. About the respawn points, you can choose from a selection of them depending on where you are in story, for instance, if you haven't gone on the great journey, it would be various locations in the original camp. If you're on the great journey, it would probably be non-selectable, and be one of the maps there. If you're in the new territories, it'd be one of the dens there, etc.

Ok, when you say points. What points? AP? And if not what do the points do?

No, I mean the point at which you respawn. It could be the warrior's den, med. cat den, center of camp, etc.

I'd say losing 50% of your money is punishment enough, though what happens if you have no money, do you get -1 or something?
