FrostClan territory is ample with snow, rocks, and pine trees. Not much sun is able to filter through the thick clouds of snow the blow in the breeze overhead, so FrostClan doesn't see much sunlight.
Uhh.. RP here?

Spiritsong raced up the pine tree and flattened herself against the branch, eyeing the rare, fat squirrel. It nibbled at a nut, and Spiritsong waited eagerly for it to get just a little closer to her. It had other ideas, though, and sat in the same spot, eating. Spiritsong's paws felt like they were freezing from being against the wet, icy bark of the pine for so long, so she had to leap. The squirrel scurried down the tree and was gone before Spiritsong could make chase. She scowled and then climbed down the tree and squinted at the sky, trying to get a glimpse of the sun to see what time it was.

"Interesting," Spottedstar mewed, sitting on top of a large, gray boulder and licking a paw. She opened her eyes slowly, looking at Spiritsong, "you may have missed it, but there is more prey within the territory, so no need for scowling." The thin she-cat leaped from the boulder, staggering slightly and shaking her pelt out. Spottedstar's small paws didn't take the impact from the leap too well, which was quite a disadvantage given the territory was full of boulders that were quite tempting to sit around on, when all other duties were done, of course.
"How would you like another set of paws to help you hunt? I've nothing better to do, after all."

Spiritsong turned to her leader and nodded. "I suppose that would be helpful. I haven't been able to find someone willing to hunt with me for a while." She rolled her shoulders, trying to shake off the disappointment of missing the squirrel catch. "Streamtail's been especially grumpy lately." When she realized she was venting to her leader, she coughed, pretending to choke on some snow, and then meowed, "Where would you like to go?"

Spottedstar flicked her ear, pretending to listen to the she-cat, but in all honesty, she was lost within her mind, wishing that she could go back to the days when she was a warrior. Spottedstar- known as Spottedfeather prior to becoming FrostClan's leader- had been a lively, hyper feline, though one prone to not listening. Spottedstar's energy slowly disintegrated when she became deputy, and after receiving her nine lives, Spottedstar was almost always serious, quiet, and still often found not listening to any other cat.
Returning to reality, the FrostClanner shook her head, regaining her dignity, "anywhere is fine with me. You can lead, if you wish." Perking her ears, Spottedstar noticed a familiar pelt in the distance, "there's Tigerfrost." She commented, nodding to the tom.

Spiritsong turned and saw the tom... Well, part of him. The white in his fur melted into the snow, so all that she really saw was his black stripes and his eyes. "Yes; I wonder what he's doing." She shrugged and looked around. "That copse of pine trees that's in the west of the territory is a place I've always had good luck at," she mewed. She flicked her tail and rose to her paws, then ran towards the pines. It felt good to stretch out her muscles after lying so still in the tree earlier, waiting for the squirrel to make a move. She slowed a little bit so that it didn't seem like she was trying to race her leader.

Spottedstar nodded, wondering as well what Tigerfrost was up to. If it's of any importance, I'm sure he'll tell me. The tortoiseshell she-cat decided, bolting easily after Spiritsong.
Though not strong, always horrible when it came to tooth and claw, to be blunt, Spottedstar could run. She often ran and leaped in a weird sort of way to quickly get through the snow, as purely running through it wasn't easy for the petite she-cat.
Nose twitching, Spottedstar slowed to a stop at the copse, breathing slightly heavily. I've got all of my lives, and I'm still fairly young, yet I get tired easily. How pathetic. "You start; I'm going to chill here for a few minutes to catch my breath," the FrostClan leader said quietly, trying not to disturb any prey.

Streamtail clawed the snow out from between two roots of a tree, making a slightly sheltered spot that helped against the wind. She curled up, not feeling like hunting right now. What she really wanted was to teach a loner a lesson, but she couldn't get to him right now; he would be hiding from her until he was certain that she wasn't mad at him anymore.
She smirked as she thought, toms. That sorry excuse for a cat had no idea what was going on in her mind. She remembered when she'd caught him hunting on the territory... She'd given him plenty of scars to remember her by.
She was lost in the memories when she heard pawsteps. She saw Spiritsong's pelt through the snow and smelled Spottedstar following close behind. "Fox dung!" She spat quietly. She swiftly climbed the tree and crouched in the branches, knowing they'd scent her but hoping they didn't.

Spiritsong nodded at her leader and trotted off through the snow. She paused when she saw a hollowed-out area where the snow had been cleared away. She walked over and sniffed, catching the scent of her sister. So Streamtail's been hiding out here. She's probably been hunting. Satisfied, Spiritsong turned and continued to smell around for prey. She caught the faint scent of a mouse, but it had burrowed beneath the snow, and Spiritsong knew that she'd never get it.

Streamtail slunk down across the trunk of the tree and scampered over to join Tigerfrost. Someday, you won't be alive, because I'll be deputy, she thought, but she turned her attention to the kit. "What's a kit like you doing out here? You could freeze to death." She glared at the tiny 'warrior.'

Sighing, Spottedstar looked over at Spiritsong before softly calling out, "I'm going to go see what's up with the yelling in our territory." She ran along the trail she'd taken when she'd followed Spiritsong to the copse, belly fur brushing the snow as Spottedstar tried her best to keep low.
Just my deputy, a warrior, and a kit. Honestly.. "Get the kit back into camp, will you?" Spottedstar ordered, glaring at Tigerfrost, Streamtail, then at Flamekit. The leader narrowed her eyes as she looked at Flamekit, gaze unwavering, "you should know better."

Spiritsong heard the pawsteps of a mouse after Spottedstar had left. She crept across the snow and then she saw the mouse, it's fur and whiskers swept about by the persistent wind. She stalked it as it trekked across the frozen ground. She got closer and closer until she pounced. This time, she was victorious.
It seemed to be getting colder. If it wasn't taken back to camp, the mouse would be frozen solid. Spiritsong trotted back to camp, but before she could get there, she paused and saw her sister with Tigerfrost, Flamekit, and Spottedstar. She padded over with the mouse still in her jaws.

Streamtail caught Tigerfrost's look and her ears went flat involuntarily, so she struggled to regain composure. "If you don't mind, I think I'll go back to camp, too," she meowed to Spottedstar. "It looks like a bad snowstorm's blowing in, and I don't want to be out here for it." She saw the mouse in her sister's jaws and her belly rumbled, craving fresh-kill, but she knew it would probably all go to Flamekit or Spottedstar tonight. She turned and began to walk to the camp, giving Spottedstar ample time to protest.

(Did you even post an app for Flamekit? o.O Also, try to remember that one-liners aren't allowed IC in FrostClan..)
Spottedstar's ears flattened to her head, and she hissed in aggression, "I'll be the one to decide when Flamekit becomes an apprentice." Tail tip flicking in annoyance, the she-cat added, "make sure it doesn't happen again." I don't enjoy being stern on them... Their safety's my top priority, and FrostClan doesn't have the safest territory. Spottedstar thought, padding away. "Spiritsong, why not have one of them take that mouse back? We can continue hunting; sorry for leaving you there on your own like that."
Nodding, the leader pointed her attention to Streamtail, "fine by me. Make sure hunting's the first thing you do when you get up in the morning, though."
