Poison Chomp and Other Brokenstar Aids

What level do I get it at? I've heard that Brokenstar the first time is easier with poison chomp, and I want to test that out Also which prey and herbs accesible while Spotted is dead and Yelow's not been appointed that you can get off of Whitestorm? I've been training off SC Warriors in their territory to reach that level, and I would like to have some items to keep my health up and my SP up so I can continue using my high level ones repetitively.

For items, you can get Antivenom from beating ShadowClan Warriors, and other healing items that you have access to that are actually worth it is probably Pheasants (heal 500 HP and SP)
