Well, first of all, just go talk to Cinderpelt. :\
If you fail the Kittypet catnip problem, you don't have to go through Daily/Special Reports again. Just go talk to Cinderpelt. Honestly, you people should check things out before freaking out. Obviously, if you tried one thing and it didn't work, doing it over and over again isn't going to solve the problem.

Well, after the time ran out, you talked to the kittypet, right? After that did you talk to Cinderpelt at Twolegplace?

Yeah I talked to the kittypet who said, "Well you weren't fast enough bye!" or something like that. But after he said that, Cinderpelt left to go back to camp, by herself...I didn't talk to her.....

Cinderpelt left to go back to camp, by herself ...I didn't talk to her..... ^ might want to talk to her then, both in twolegplace and back at camp. there have been numerous people who completed this and i'm sure not all of them did it first try. |

Rain: When was the last time you saved? If you didn't save after the kittypet catnip quest, than turn off the game. But I'm guessing you did save.
There IS a way. I remember, I started the Kittypet Catnip Quest before I knew I needed Starlights. I didn't have access to them yet, so I had to fail. Then after I failed I unlocked the Starlights and did it again with 20 seconds to spare.
Try going back to Twoleg Place, the kittypet might be there again.

I check everyday, sleep three times, check reports, talk to everyone and I try talking to the empty space.........Not working..  |

Try talking to (literally) everyone in and outside camp. Check the reports as often as you can, go everywhere, interact with (pretty much) everything. If that doesn't work, your game may have a bug. :/ Not too sure about this, I've failed and I've been able to restart. Try this - Go talk to Cinderpelt. When she asks 'Do you want me to heal you?' say no. If you get the option to buy herbs, choose no. If that doesn't work, then I really have no idea  |
