Ok, I have an old PC laptop. I could not download this game on my new Mac, so I got it on my old laptop. My dad is going to decommission it today. All yesterday I sped through the game, beating bosses at ridiculously low levels because of my lack of time for training. I did fine, even beat some of the ones people complain about (Tigerclaw, Brokenstar) in my first few tries. Now Scourge is here, I'm level 43 on my main cat. I've tried many, many times and have gotten CLOSE to beating him, then I get wiped out by Death Blow when I think I'm almost there. Any ideas? My dad is going to decomission it in about 20-30 minutes! No time to train, unless theres a very efficient way of training!

Not many people have beaten Scourge at that level though it is possible (maybe train a bit more at the gourge where Bluestar died and attempt scourge a few more times). If you run out of time send the save file to yourself via email so when you get another computer you can beat the game.

Wow, great idea! I swore I just almost beat him... that battle lasted FORVER. I'll train a lot then send myself the file, thanks!

It took me to getting to level 68 to beat him, and I tried every few levels since level 50, so you probably still have a while to go . . .

Good news, I get extra time. My dad didn't have time to decomission it last night so maybe I can train a bit more. And that gave me another idea, maybe since I can't extract the file to get the folder on the Mac, I could email the folder directly to it. Then maybe it would work!

Still having trouble. I'm at levels:
Main: 47 Brightheart: 40 Longtail: 42 Cloudtail: 41
I got my main cat to have Claws of Destruction now, and Longtail and Cloudtail both got Warrior Strike. I still just can't beat Scourge! It's so annoying that you can't poison or stun him... any more ideas? I'm sick of training. But I guess I might train a bit more.

Dude, you have a looooooong way to go. About 65 is lowest-average level for beating Scourge. Most didn't beat him until level 70-75, and some beat him at about 64-69. I myself beat him at level 68, and I'm a pretty good stratgest. You'd have to be EXTREMELY lucky to beat him at level 47. And as for being sick of training . . . we all felt that way.

Luckily for me, I'm a good strategist too. So I could probably beat him at a lower level. I beat ALL the other bosses at low levels because I did not stop to train at all during the game. Maybe once or twice to beat Leopardfur, but I beat Brokenstar and Tigerclaw on my second try on each at very low levels.

I'll try to level up to 55... WAY too sick of training to do any more.

I beat Scourge at level 64, I say that 55 would be a bit too hard, but do some test fights with him to see if you need to train more.
I'm not going to say, 'Train to level 75 and learn Firey Fury', because that takes way to long and it's just a bit ridiculous, actually.
So my advice would be - Once you level and you feel happy with which level you are at, do a test fight. If you win - well, nothing much to do, then! You won! If you lose - level up a bit higher and keep doing test fights (I won in a test fight ;D)
Good luck!

Too bad my goal in getting this game wasn't to beat Scourge... It was to discover what the Final Challenge cat is and beat him/her. I haven't even beaten Scourge though :/

Yea there are a lot of spoilers for it around. There's even a youtube vid out there of somone doing the final challenge XD For the mac I'd suggest looking into the bootcamp software to get the game to run. On the topic of scourge, I've beaten him at 47 main ~43 others 2-3 times on test accounts, but there is a large degree of luck involved at such low levels. I've heard about someone who supposedly beat him at 43 main, which is conceivable but *much* harder (due to no CoD & lower stats). What I suggest is to get into a "rythm" (sp?) of what works best for you. Have a cat that always tries to get some damage in, and a designated healer that maximal heals continuously. Have the other cats do whatever is necessary on that turn (i.e. revive if some cat is dead, attack if they're all alive with decent hp, etc.) And remember until you're 75+ chance is still very important and it will probably take multiple tries. A final consideration to remember is that Scourge recovers a small amount of hp invisibly every turn, and if you go too long without damaging him at all this may start to add up. GL! P.S. As bolt said, you should make an account Edit (sorry for huge block of text) : At some point in the battle you'll probably begin to see him use "Apocalyptic Stike," a devastating but inaccurate move. He only uses it when his hp is getting low, so when he starts using it you know he's nearly finished.

Thanks!
I think I will make an account.
I've tried bootcamp. It does NOT work.
I've done everything, and now my last hope is to email the folder itself to my mac. The problem is that you can't extract the file on the mac, so you can't get the folder. It's not running it, it's downloading it.
I've looked for spoilers and couldn't find any. XP.

I did not get the activation code. I rechecked that I had the right e-mail in and sent it 2 times but it did not work.
And now I have to put a double i with my name so it doesn't say that I can't use that name.
