Is there a stategy to win at this? I don't have so many Acorns to buy juniper berries so I'm stuck with only a few and maybe a few healing poultices. If I go in the dark cave there in no way to avoid the guards because I can only see 1 block in front of me (I think 2 would be better). If I'm lucky I get to the third cave. how many caves are there anyway?

There are five caves to get through, one strategy would be keeping track of where things are from earlier attempts, although I may be increasing how far "around you" you can see in the caves depending on feedback from everyone.
