Stuck on a timed course with 20+ fast cats!!!

I finished speed over strenght and when i to the camp to activate the fifth clan quest i saw sandstorm in camp and talked to her.
Fast forward 1hour later i have to solve a course in 19 minutes to find herbs for all the medicine cats. I was doing fine until I defeat the second cat and walked down...then 20+ lunos ran towards me at full speed! (their actually random cats that look like him) They don't attack,just block my way and I don't where i'm supposed to go. I got the ability to gain speed but I don't know how to use it.

Help?

did you eat a speed seed, the fastest one helps you the most, i think its called the "lightning speed seed"
