These are all songs/poems from a variety of *Redwall books. I though you'd all enjoy them!
*Redwall is a popular book series, right up there with Warriors and Harry Potter. There are 22 books in the series and I recommend reading it! They are about animals like mice, hedgehogs, moles, otters, badgers, and shrews who live together and act like humans in the Medevil time {I'm doing a horrible job describing this} The villans are rats, stoats, weasels, ferrets, foxes, and pine martens.

and her cap'n ole Chopsnout!

Ole Renyard Chopsnout was a fox,
a bad corsair* to boot,

while searching 'round for loot.

To the Northern lands he did
steer the Greenhawk to repair,
a warrior who knew no fear
named Luke was living there.

The corsair came with all his horde**
I tell ye mate 'tis true,
Great Luke took up his battlesword
and the great bad fox he slew***.

Great Luke calle dup his gallant crew,
and the Greenhawk did repair.
He changed her name to Sanya too,
which sounded good and fair.

So Luke the Warrior sailed away,
he left the Northern Shore,
but swore and oath that one fine day,
he'd come back home once more . . .
