Yes because... oops He is no longer related but here is how it went.
Brambleclaw is related to Tawnypelt
Squirrelflight used to be mates with him and is related to Firestar
Tawnypelt had three kits, "Tigerheart, Dawnpelt, and Flametail."
Oops again, in night whispers Flametail died of drowning. The flame was put out by the water...

Nope, I'm completely caught up! I'm just worried about who will be the next ShadowClan medi cat because Littlecloud's sick and hasn't got another apprentice, and probably not enough time left to live to fully train one anyways.

Actually he got herbs and is all better. I am wondering who'll be the next medicine cat too! I'm like, why did Flametail die?  since the biggest battle of the clans is coming, there will probably have no medicine cat. Nore will there be a ShadowClan, possibly. To Blackbolt: Yes, they never had kits, but Tawnypelt did, and she is related to Brambleclaw, who used to be the mate of Squirrelflight, who is related to Firestar.  |

How he got herbs: Tigerheart and Dovepaw where meeting secretly and she told him about the herbs. Ivypaw found them and Tigerheart didn't want Dovepaw to be found and hid her and brought Ivypaw to ShadowClan where she was held hostage. He told the clan of Jayfeather's herbs and bargained with ThunderClan: The apprentice, for the herbs. This ended Tigerheart and Dovepaw's relationship, sadly, but they still love each other.

You don't need to have kits to be mates. Look at Stormtail and Dappletail
All you need is love and a relationship ( sorry if that is a redundancy )

Mothflight of WindClan was the very first medicine cat. StarClan told her that Dapplepelt of RiverClan, Pebbleheart of ShadowClan, and Cloudspots of ThunderClan must become the medicine cats of the other Clans.
