Foxstar stood up from her nest in they hay. The twolegs seemed to know that MountainClan had set up camp here many seasons ago, but they never bothered them. They just took out old hay and put in new hay. Many other Clans questioned it, but Foxstar said it was tradition and that the twolegs had nothing with how the Clan lived. Foxstar pawed at the small door in the upper level that seemed to be a window of some-sort. A medium sized wood perch-like plank stretched out from the barn that had one of the twoleg lights. She walked along it and sat down at the edge, her tail hanging down from her place. This is where the medicine cat watched for omens and prophecies.
Runner yawned at the light entering the barn. It was dawn and Perch seemed to be awake. "What are you doing there, Perch?" She asked her kit. "I'm watching the healer sort herbs. I want to be their To-Be when I'm old enough!" Perch purred with a smile. Ashes opened one eye. "You have fun with that. Healers are boring, I want to be a Cave-Guard." She snorted. Runner smiled. "That's the medicine cat, Perch. We're not in the tribe anymore. Maybe you can ask if you can be their apprentice when the time comes. As for you, Ashes, your going to be a warrior. No matter what you will hunt AND fight, weather you like it or not." She meowed
