Here goes nothing, this is an original story that I AND ONLY I created. If you see it anywhere over the Internet, THEY COPIED ME. Please tell me if you see any copies.
Icyla, master of winds and Alpha of the Blazing Sunset Pack raised her muzzle and sniffed the wind (They were wolves.) She pawed the owl necklace she was wearing that stood for wind and wisdom. Her Beta, master of snow and ice, also smelled the wind. It was a good thing that Sylia was had snow and ice powers, because it had been the worst winter in Icyla’s life. They were looking for some prey to catch for the rest of the pack.
Icyla said “Sylia, have you ever seen a winter like this one? It’s the worst winter I’ve ever seen!”
“I’ve never seen one like this either!” said Sylia. “Maybe you can ask an elder when we get back to the camp?”
“Sure thing, let’s get hunting or no one will get anything to eat,” said Icyla.
A little while later, Icyla spots a skinny snow hare. She drops down to the ground and makes the wind blow towards her that way the hare doesn’t smell her. She creeps up on the snow and dashes out towards the hare. She jumps on the hare and with her strong jaws, kills the hare in one bite.
“Let’s go to the pine forest,” says Sylia. “Maybe we’ll have more luck there,”
“Ok!” said Icyla.
So off they went to the pine forest, with Sylia’s jaws empty.

A little while later the Alpha and Beta arrive at the pine forest. There are definitely signs of prey there.
“Ok let’s stop here Sylia,” said Icyla.
“Sure, I smell some prey from the direction,” said Sylia pointing to the north. The wind was blowing the right way so Icyla didn’t have to change it.
Sylia stealthily creeps in the icy snow and pounced upon an elder deer. She bites the prey on the neck three times and kills the deer. Then Icyla and Sylia run fun speed home.

When they got back to the camp nestled in between two big rivers, they swam across to the main part of the camp where the elders’ cave was. Sylia was going to the healer to check on her paw that had got a little cut from a rock. Icyla asked the elders if they had ever seen a winter like this one. One elder said, “No, but I have seen one nearly as bad.” She said. “It was not as nearly as cold but the prey was scarce and our pack and The Howling Moon Pack started fighting.
“Oh, well let’s hope that doesn’t happen this winter!” said Icyla. And Icyla padded out towards the Sun Tree to announce what the elder had told her.
“Gather around the Sun Tree!” said Icyla. Many wolves that all belonged to The Blazing Sunset Pack wobbled, walked, and ran towards the Sun Tree. Icyla looked in despair because many of the wolves were injured and/or sick.
As Icyla talked, many of the wolves gasped and murmured to each other. They couldn’t believe what their leader was saying, but then they remembered the recent attacks from the Pack of the Howling Moon. One wolf said, “How can this be? We are the strongest out of the 3 packs, but we are getting defeated by some wolves that can’t fight properly?”
Another wolf said, “What if the 2 other packs are teaming up to defeat us? What will we do?”
Baltor was worried. What if that wolf was right? What if the other packs are teaming up on us? But then he thought. The Pack of Shining Stars would NEVER want to cause a war. He decided to talk to his mate, Icyla.
* * * * *
Baltor walked up to Icyla and his den. He said, “Icyla? Are you in there?”
“Yes,” said Icyla, “What do you want to talk about?”
“You know how many wolves think the other packs are teaming up on us to eliminate us???”
“Yes I know. And I think there are right,” said Icyla.
“Those wolves are wrong. Why would the Pack of Shining Stars ever call on war?” said Baltor. “Why would they ever try to fight? After all, healing is there thing, right?”
“Maybe there are no wounds to heal, so they want to cause bloodshed and then heal everybody,”
“Honestly Icyla! What? Do you want them to fight? Gosh and that’s a stupid excuse anyways,” said Baltor.
“I guess you’re right,”
Sylia sighed miserably. She was scared. Even though she was beta of the “war” pack, she still didn’t like war and violence. She would fight, of course, but she didn’t love fighting. These days weren’t like a long time ago when survival was easy. Sylia sat down on a moss-covered log near the edge of her territory. She smelled the beta of The Howling Moon Pack nearby. Sylia started walking away but then, Ayle said, “HEY! WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!?”
Sylia said calmly, “This is my packs’ territory, isn’t it?”
“NO!!! Wait. Oh it is, AHH!! I’M GOING OK?”
“Ok,” said Sylia

When Sylia got back to camp, she told Icyla about the hostel beta. Icyla was very interested. Icyla said
“I wonder why the beta was so fierce. He usually isn’t like that,”
“Maybe someone was influencing him , or maybe he has really gotten into the battling factor lately,”
“That could be possible, but maybe it’s something else……” said Icyla
Baltor looked up at the sky. It was night, but he had to check something out. He padded of the camp and headed toward the border between Sunset ad Stars. (Sunset is the nickname for the Blazing Sunset Pack and Stars is the nickname for the Shining Stars Pack.) When he got there, he sniffed the air. “Good,” he thought, “Everyone is asleep.”
Baltor quietly snuck into the Stars territory. He inched closer to the camp and listened. Then he realized that there were two wolves that were still awake. Iris, the alpha, and Mowang, the omega. They were talking about something. But Baltor only heard two words, and they were “Betray Sunset.” Baltor almost gasped. But he forced himself not too. Baltor slowly ran away to his own camp.
At the same time, Luna, a full pack member of the Sunset, was having a dream.
“What do you want?” howled Luna.
The voice said,” To show you something. This is a dream.”
“FINE!” said Luna.
It was dark. Everything was silent. Then a moon and a sun appeared. On the sun’s side were many little stars. On the moon’s side, there was a big star shining a thousand different colors. There was also a little red star. And for some reason, the moon was much bigger than the sun. Luna broke the silence and said “It can’t be,” She immediately drew out of her dream and tried to go to sleep.
Baltor went to his den. He wanted to tell Icyla about his findings, but when he saw she was asleep, he decided to wait until morning. His dreams pondered about what he had heard, but he soon fell asleep. The next day he woke up when Icyla had woke up. Baltor said,”Icyla! I overheard Iris and Mowang talking to each other,”
Icyla interrupted and said, “Mowang? Mowang is the omega though!”
“I know,” said Baltor, “That doesn’t matter though. It matters what they were talking about.”
“What was that?”
Baltor said solemnly, “Betraying us,”
“Uh oh….”
Luna quickly hurried to Icyla’s den. “Icyla!” she cried.
“What?” said Icyla.
“I had dream,” said Luna. “The moon and the sun were fighting. There were many little stars on the sun’s side and there were two stars on the moon’s side, a star shining a thousand different colors and a little red one.”
“That’s Iris and Mowang,” said Icyla. “There WILL be war.”
“There is no way we can prevent it?” said Sylia as she walked in.
“I am afraid not,” said Icyla

Meanwhile… changing packs…
Ayle padded back to the pack. He was furious. He had to claim that little bit of territory! But of course Sylia HAD to be there when she was. He hated Sylia. They were half brothers and sisters. He furiously let out a bit of lightning. Then he thought and said to himself, “Let’s try again shall we?” and he padded off to the border.
When he got there, he cut in 50 yards from the old border and marked territory there. “Mission Accomplished!” he said. Then he padded back to camp.
When he got back to camp… “Guess what Lblya?”
“What Ayle?”
“I set the new border, or at least the one WE picked” Ayle said slyly.
“Good, now they might attack.”
“Yes! I want to fight,” said Ayle

Back at Sunset…
“Hey Icyla!” said Luna.
“What?”
“I’m going to check out the place where Sylia was yesterday.”
“Ok!” said Icyla, “Come back though!”
“Alright,”
Luna padded towards the border. She smelled Ayle’s scent that was very fresh. It was possible he could have been here just a few minutes ago. Then she gasped. Ayle had marked his territory about 50 yards from the real one. She gasped and said firmly,”They have declared war,”
Luna quickly ran back to camp. She immediately told Icyla. “You are right, Luna, they have declared war. We will watch the borders, and every time someone that isn’t from our pack crosses our borders, we will attack. We will also spy on both camps,” said Icyla.
“I agree, we should be doing that. But I think they are waiting for US to attack.” said Luna
“Well, WE will wait for them to attack.”

4 days later, on the other side…
“What’s taking them so long to attack?” said Ayle
“I don’t know,” said Lblya, “Maybe they want us to attack.”
“Then should we?”
“No. We will take this time as a gift. We need to speak to Iris and Mowang anyways.”
“How come?” said Ayle, “Why do we have to talk to a stupid fire-breather, and someone who controls colors?”
“Because, there healing skills will be very useful.”
“But Mowang is terrible at healing!”
“An extra fighter, Ayle, an extra fighter.”

“Grr….” said Icyla.”What’s taking them so long to attack?”
“They want us to attack first. And maybe they still need time,” said Baltor.
“I guess you’re right. But I have a feeling they will be meeting with Iris soon.”
“Should we guard the borders to make sure they don’t get through?”
“Great idea Baltor. Sylia, Luna, and whoever else wants to go can do that. That should leave 6 able wolves guarding the camp.”
“What about us?” said Baltor.
“I was going to get to that. You and me will try to herd Iris and Mowang and whoever else joined this spirit-forsaken plan to the camp. The wolves there will attack them.”
“So does that mean Sylia should stay at the camp?”
“Why would you say that, Baltor?”
“Because Sylia would help defend Mowang’s attacks,” said Baltor
“Good point…”
