Im not a high enough level so I had to let the time go to 00:00, But then when I got the bone collar and got the items and returned to cinderpelt and said "Im afraid you ran out of time..." So then she takes the items away and it still says 00:00, And I need to level up!  Is it just me or is it a glitch? |

I'm not sure what you're trying to say is a glitch, the 0:00 staying there? It is, but it should go away if you retry the subquest and complete it.
You HAVE to get it done in the time limit in order to complete the subquest. If you don't get it done in the limit, then she takes all the items from you and you have to start over.
I suggest getting Fiery Fury. That's what I did, and it made everything 10000x easier. I completed the quest with 53 seconds to spare on my first try.

He needs to level up to complete it, and he can't because of the 0:00 autokill.

Actually Im a she, And yes, I need to level up but like you said, I cant since the autokill. :c

When the time hits 0:00, you automatically "kill" anything that attacks you without any rewards.

Admin has mentioned that the autokill is a glitch, although it happens to a lot of people. It might have been put in place to let people get the Bony Collar earlier, before it was removed for other reasons.
And the usual way to restart it is to get all the items and talk to Cinderpelt again, but it doesn't seem to be working for Baconness here.
