Did you write this on a mac or something? Because my computer is having some major problems with the charset....It only gave me a couple sentences of it, and the rest is characters it couldn't read and computer symbol language stuff. Like what happens when you try opening a word document on a mac and vice-versa.

Firestars entry for those who cannot see it
I was walking home one day, and I smelled a strange, unfamiliar scent. Who (Sunday-Night-Darn) on Earth could it be?! I came closer, and recognized an alarming scent. Blood! I jumped in to my yard, my fur bristling. I nearly sobbed at what I saw. My first-born kitten, and my only one, unmercifully slaughtered. I inspected the bites and scratches. My eyes began to stream out tears, and my whole body shaked and quivered. It was the work of a cat. It was my best friend, Shimmer, whose scent rested near the bites and claw-marks. "How could Shimmer do this to me?!" I wailed. It was then I scented her again, and this time she was right behind me. Her eyes gleamed. "Ah, you found my little present! Did ya like it?" I was much too frozen in fear, anger, and shock, to walk away when her lithe body snake towards me. Shimmer began to circle me, and I noticed her looking at my weakest spot in my body. The soft, under-part of my neck. Knowing what she had done to my kitten, I refused to underestimate her. My best friend was no longer my best friend. She was a rouge, a murder, and many other names that were to painful to think of her. After all, before all this, Shimmer had been my best friend. "Do you wish you could escape the pain, the anguish, the sorrow?" Shimmer hissed, her breath tickling the fur inside my ears. "Peace," She began again, using my name for the first time tonight. "If you let me bring you to my tribe, and most importantly my leader, ALL the pain could be gone, and you would never think twice about it. Never EVER again." I reacted negatively, and called out, "FLIGHTSTAR! BIRDCLAN! I HAVE CHOSEN TO JOIN THY CLAN!" I paused and added, "AND PLEASE, HELP ME OUT!" Right after I called out, a bunch of winged cats, and yes, I _do mean winged_, rushed out of the trees. Ah, good ol' Flightstar, his mate, Singbud, Ivyheart, their Medicine Cat, Thunderwing, their deputy, Skybird, his mate, Songbird, her daughter. And yes _they all had wings_. They quickly chased her away, and then all asked together, "Peace, do you wish to join our clan?" My whiskers quivered, something I always do when I'm nervous, and then replied, "Yes, I do!"
