~Prologue~ "Come back! You cant leave us!" wailed a tiny voice. "I have to. Fang will take good care of you. I cant live here anymore, to many cats want take kill me." mewed a light gray she-cat. She turned away and started to run, tears flying off her face. She didn't want to leave her kits or her mate! She couldn't turn back now... "Feather!" wailed one of her kits. "They need me! I have to go back!" she whispered under her breath. She couldn't let them down now! She raced back to them. " I could never leave you, Fang and the kits, we all know that! But, we have to get out of here and move to a new home! We cannot stay here, or all of us will be endangered!" Feather cried. Fang and the kits nodded. "Come on, follow me..." Feather called heading out of the barn. They started racing over hills and plains. "Mom! I'm getting tired! I cant feel my legs!" cried the black kit. "It's ok, Coal, we'll rest here." she panted, stopping. Everyone was out of breath. "Fang can you... go get me... some prey?" Feather panted. Fang just nodded and ran off. He soon came back with two rabbits. "Thanks!" she exclaimed, and grabbed one. After eating, she lay down and let her kits suckle. She fell asleep, to be woken up in the middle of the night. "Feather, we should go! I can smell other cats!" Fang mewed. She nodded and prodded awake the kits. Fang explained to them what was happening and they got up without any questions. We quickly ran as far as we could. "Is that another barn? We could live there! There is no cat scents there or anything!" she mewed, excited. "Perfect!" Fang purred. All of the kits got in and so did Fang and Feather. They were exhausted, so they all decided to sleep. Feather woke up to the smell of foxes. "Foxes! Foxes are here! Get up!" Feather exclaimed.

~Chapter 1~ "What?!?!" Fang and the kits yelled. "Shhh! You're going to get us caught!" Feather whispered, sniffing the air again. Fang sniffed the air, too. "Defiantly foxes, and they are right outside, too! What do we do?" Fang whispered. "Maybe we should-" Feather said, getting cut off by the foxes entering the barn and growling. "Run!" she yelled to Fang and her kits. Fang and the kits burst out of the barn, dodging the foxes. The foxes turned around, but didn't even bother chasing them. "Well, at least there is only two foxes?" she whispered under her breath. Easy enough to escape, but not very easy to find Fang and her kits. The biggest fox started walking towards her, and she backed into one of the corners of the barn. "My escape plan is perfect." she thought to herself. The fox came closer and closer, until it was close enough for her plan to work. She rolled under it and scratched its stomach. While the fox was stunned, she ran right past the other fox and ran for her life. When she got outside, it was raining very hard. "Great, now Fang's scent will be washed away... How will I ever find them?" Feather thought to herself. She felt as if she was about to start crying, but then she stopped herself. "You have to be strong!" she whispered, running faster. She couldn't risk looking back, or she might slow down and get caught. She had to protect herself, so she could find Fang and her kits. She was just too afraid she would never find her mate and kits. She might be lost forever... ******** Out of breath, Feather forced herself to keep running. She couldn't scent the foxes, but she wasn't sure if they were there or not. She kept running and running at full power, and found a small den. "I'll hide in here, the foxes wont be able to scent me and this smells abandoned." She thought, sniffing really close to it, to make sure nothing lived there. No scent at all, not even stale. She ran into it, her lungs burning for air. It wasn't very big, and she quickly found he back of it. She decided she would have to stay in the den for awhile, rest up, and maybe hunt. She could smell mice running in it, but her paws and lungs ached. She couldn't catch anything, if she tried. She settled down, wishing Fang and her kits were here, too. "How will I ever find them? There will be no scent trail and no sign of them. When I continue traveling, they will be extremely far away." she thought, her eyes tearing up. This time, she let herself cry. She cried, and fell asleep, she was very tired... The next day, she woke up at the crack of dawn. She felt fully rested, but was really hungry. She got up and stretched her legs. Now, she would go hunting. She followed the scent trail of a mouse, trying to be as quiet as possible. She saw it nibbling on a small nut, and saw the perfect opportunity to catch it. She positioned herself into a hunters crouch and quickly leaped on it and delivered a killing bite. She was so hungry, she gulped it down as soon as she caught it. After eating it, she was full and ready to search for Fang and her kits, even if it killed her. She was sure the foxes were long gone, in search for different targets, or she would be able to scent them. When she walked out of the den, she saw it had stopped raining, and the sun was shining brightly. "Good, because my pelt is freezing!" she said, not worrying if anyone or anything could hear her. She started to walk in the direction she thought they went. She warmed up as she continued to search. Soon, she was blazing hot and thirsty. She looked around for the slightest bit of water. Unfortunately, she found none. After searching for what seemed like days, she felt exhausted again. She had no idea how long she would last, be she would search until she found them... She didn't care about life anymore... She just wanted Fang and her kits... She couldn't do anything without them. ******* She was completely exhausted, and wanted to stop... But she wouldn't. She was very determined by the amount of her loneliness. She had found a small puddle before, but the water didn't last her long. Her throat was soon dry again, and she was starting to get really hungry. She couldn't last long, she would either starve, dehydrate, or be killed by another animal. She was getting scared she was going to die soon, without Fang and her kits. There was a pit of grief in her stomach, she knew she would never find them, but she needed them... If she didn't find them soon, then grief would overcome her too much, and she wouldn't even know what she was doing or why she was doing it. If she did die, she wanted it to be by Fang and her kits. By the time it was night, she felt like she was about to eat herself. She also needed water really bad... She finally sniffed the air for a scent of food. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. She had not passed any water again. She wasn't having much luck in anything she did. She continued travelling, almost like there was a force pushing her further. The later it got, the harder it was to see. Even thought she could see in the dark better than most other animals, she still was having trouble seeing what she was doing. She was scared she was going to fall into a lake and drowned, or run into an animal that would kill her. Despite her fear, she kept trekking through the night. Now she was so exhausted that she was tripping over her own paws. She could barely even stand up, which was very irritating, because it made her go a lot slower. If she ran into an animal, she would be destroyed, she had no energy left to fight, or to run. Her determination was pushing her on, and she finally noticed how hungry she was. All the sudden, she felt dizzy... She slowly fell to the ground and blacked out.

Yeah, I know how you feel! I'm trying not to wait too long between each chapter, but my life is very busy at the moment. On Monday, I'm trying out for a youth orchestra, and I REALLY hope I get in. If I do get in, class is every Monday, so I probably wont post on Mondays. I am a book worm xD. I've always wanted to be an author when I grow up, I've been writing pretty much ever sense I could write.
Edit- Thanks, Wolfstar! I made the auditions! I had class tonight and it was really fun! ;D Hopefully tomorrow I will post another chapter.

*Before starting this chapter, I have to say that when I put Featherstar as the leader, I really meant to put Rosestar. xD*
~Chapter 2~ Feather awoke, but kept her eyes closed. There was something wrong... She felt soft moss under her, not the hard ground. She sniffed the air, and there was many scents. She was confused by the smell of cats, herbs, and prey. She opened up her eyes, but only a little. She saw a white cat with grey spots on her back sitting close to her, messing with something. She quickly closed her eyes, not wanting to be found awake. "I have no idea where I am or how I got here! I want to get out of here!" She thought to herself. She just now remembered how hungry and thirsty she was, but she refused to get up. Her stomach grumbled and she groaned. All the sudden, she felt paws gently prodding her side. "Well, I might as well get up and see what awaits me." She thought, opening her eyes. Immediately, her eyes hurt from the light. She groaned, but tried her best to keep her eyes open. "Are... you ok? I'm Stormpool, medicine cat of Leafclan!" Stormpool said, with worried eyes. "I'm fine, but starving and dehydrated!" Feather yelled, with a ragged mew. Another cat came into the den, and Stormpool asked her, "Flowervine, can you get this poor cat some moss and soak it with water?" "Of course I can." Flowervine mewed, grabbed some moss, and ran off. "I'm not a "Poor little cat"! Just because I'm hungry and thirsty doesn't mean you have to treat me like a kit!" Feather yelled, enraged by being treated like a kit. "Alright, I'm sorry, I'm just used to treating feisty cats like you. Well, I'll go get some prey for you." she mewed. "I am not a kit, I can get my own prey! Also, I don't want to be treated like a kit! I am a-" Feather whispered, angrily, but got cut off by Stormpool returning. "Take the squirrel, and Flowervine should be back with some wet moss, soon." Feather started eating the squirrel, enjoying it like she never had before. After finishing the squirrel, Flowervine came back with some moss that was soaked in water. She nodded and set the moss right beside Feather. She started lapping at the moss, becoming more hydrated. "Thank you, both of you. And sorry, Stormpool, I guess I was being a little bit silly. But where am I and what is with your names?" Feather mewed, getting in a better mood. "This is Leafclan, home to many fine warriors. Our names? Well, they are our clan names. Oh yeah, what is your name?" Flowervine mewed. "My name is Feather. Why have I been brought to this "clan" you talk of?" she mewed, this time angrier than before. "We found you lying on the ground, and you were very skinny... We didn't want you to die... So, we brought you to our camp and we welcome you as a guest!" Stormpool mewed, cheerfully. In the middle of our conversation, a dark orange cat came in. "Sorry for the interruption, but can I see you for a second. I hear your name is Feather." mewed the dark orange cat. Feather looked around, nervously. "It's ok, you can go with her, she is our leader. It must be something serious, she rarely ever asks anyone to come into her den with her. But don't let that worry you." Flowervine whispered into Feather's ear. "Alright, but this better not be a trap!" Feather mewed, trying to sound brave, but failing. The orange cat laughed when she said that, but then motioned Feather with her tail. She was hesitant to follow, but finally managed to make herself put one paw in front of the other. She was scared by all the other cats in the camp, but that just made her follow the "leader" faster. "We are here, come in." the dark orange cat whispered. This time, Feather almost really didn't follow her, but again, she made herself keep going. The inside of the den had moss on the ground. "You can sit on the moss, if you please." she mewed, making Feather jump. She quickly sat down on the moss, followed by the orange cat. "You know, I can smell your fear... So can every other cat. There is strong waves of fear coming off of you... But, don't be scared. I'm Rosestar, leader of Leafclan. Now, I must question you. Why were you out in the middle of no where?" Rosestar asked. "Oh... Well.... I was..." Feather muttered, "You know, I might as well tell you. My mate, kits, and I were hiding in a barn, and all the sudden, foxes started to attack us. I told them to run, and I escaped to a small den to rest and regain strength. Then, I started looking for them, after I regained enough strength. I had no luck in finding them, but continued looking for them. I was very hungry and very thirsty, but I couldn't find any prey or water, then I passed out... Please don't tell anyone! It's so stupid! They would laugh at me..." Tears started forming in Feather's eyes. Rosestar looked at Feather, and she felt sorry for her, and she mewed, "I'm really sorry! That must be horrible! I promise I wont tell anybody... But I have to ask you one more thing... Would you like to join Leafclan?"

(Sorry about the long time between chapters, so I tried to make this chapter long and interesting. I hope you like it, and I will try my best to post a new chapter soon! ) ~Chapter 3~ Feather just stared at Rosestar, but after a long time, Feather broke the silence. "I don't know... I just don't know... Everything is too overwhelming... I can't take this anymore!" Feather mewed, and ran off into the forest, hot tears running down here cheeks. "How could I, a rouge, ever join a clan? Especially after what happened..." She thought. The thought of her mate and kits made it feel like her heart was ripped in-half. At the momment, she didn't even care if there was foxes, badges, or wolves around. Tears poured down her cheeks, rapidly. She just wanted to be with Fang and her kits... She swiftly climbed into a tall tree and layed down on a fairly high branch. "What is worth living for anymore?!" She thought, wanting to yowl out. In fact, she really did yowl out, as loud as she could. She didn't care if Leafclan thought she was in trouble. "If I really was in trouble, they wouldn't help a rouge like me!" She thought, her lonliness turning half-way to fury. She was exhuasted after fainting, even after having a long time of rest. She didn't care about what would happen to her anymore. She lay her head on her paws, and fell into a rough sleep. *************** It was sun-high and Feather hasn't come back yet, and Rosestar was getting worried. She was pacing back and forth across the den floor. She suddenly stopped. "What if she is hurt?... I have to go find Feather!" She mumbled under her breath. Darkstorm, her deputy, was guarding the den entrance. He didn't know what was up with Rosestar, but he knew something was wrong. He could sense waves of deep stress coming from inside her den. He didn't want to disturb her, he knew Rosestar wouldn't want him to, or she would've asked. All the sudden, Rosestar bursted out of her den. Darkstorm was suprised to see his leader in such a hurry, but wasn't quick enough to ask her were she was going. Rosestar quickly sniffed the air and found Feather's scent. She raced towards the scent trail. When the trail come to an end, she was grateful Feather hadn't come out too far. "Feather? Where are you?" Rosestar mewed, loudly. She heard a small gasp of terror and a loud thud. "Feather?!" Rosestar yowled in terror. Feather let out a scream of horror and panic. "What in the name of Starclan?! Are you okay, Feather?!" Rosestar frantically mewed. "I don't... know... I think so..." Feather mewed, having trouble breathing. She tried to stand up, but let out a tiny yowl of pain, and fell back onto the ground. "My paw! It hurts really bad!" Feather mewed, panic rising. "It'll be okay, I promise. I'm going to help you get up, and you can lean on my side for support. Okay?" Rosestar mewed, trying to do the right thing. Feather nodded, and Rosestar helped her stand up. As soon as she stood up, she felt great pain in her paw, and immediatly fell onto Rosestar's side. She let out a gasp of pain, but then quickly hid it. Rosestar and Feather slowly walked back to camp. **************** Stormpool, LeafClan's medicine cat, was suprised to see Feather back at Leafclan, and hurt. But as a medicine cat, it was her job to keep calm and help. "What happened?" Stormpool asked. "Well," mewed Rosestar, trying not to give away anything important, "She got scared and ran away. I found her in a tree, and I accidently scared her and she fell off the tree. When she tried to stand up, she found out the she hurt her paw." "Which paw?" asked Stormpool. Feather held out her right paw. When Stormpool put her paw on Feather's hurt paw, Feather flinched, but managed to stay still. "She sprained her paw... She'll be better in about three days? But first I have to give her the proper herbs." Stormpool mewed, and padded to the storage. She came back with five herbs. She put all of them down. She had comfrey root, cobwebs, daisy leaf, poppy seeds, and rush. "Okay, first of all, I'll chew up the comfrey root and apply it to your paw." Stormpool mewed, chewed up the comfrey root, and spat it out. She rubbed it on Feather's right paw. "Now, I will chew up the daisy leaf. You will have to eat it. It might taste bad, but if you don't eat it, you won't heal as fast." She chewed up the daisy leaf and set it next to Feather. Feather cautiosly sniffed it and lapped it up. She wrinkled her nose at the taste, but quickly got over the horrible taste. "Alright, now I will have to pop your paw back into the right position. It will hurt, but only for a few minutes." Feather got a little nervous about what Stormpool said, but she hated the pain she was going through. She let out a small whimper when Stormpaw popped her paw back into place, but after a few momments, it was feeling better. "Ok, I'm almost done. Now, I will put rush around your paw. It will help hold your paw in place, and not come out of place. After that, I will put cobwebs over the rush, for extra support. It will make sure the rush doesn't fall off. Stormpool quickly wrapped rush around Feather's injured paw. Then, she quickly applied cobwebs to her paw. After she was finished appling rush and cobwebs, she mewed, "One last thing. Poppy seeds. You have to chew the poppy seeds. They make you calm, and you can sleep easier." Stormpool pushed the poppy seeds close to Feather and nodded. Feather quickly ate them. "Thanks, I'm feeling a lot better already. But, I'm exhausted. Where can I rest?" Feather asked, feeling drowsy, and a lot calmer that she did before. "You need to rest in here. It's easier to check the injured cats when they're in my den. Tomorrow I'll check on you. Tell me if you happen to need something, or your paw starts hurting worse." Stormpaw mewed. Feather layed down in a nest made of moss, and thought about everything that happened today. She closed her eyes and mumbled, "Goodbye, Fang, Coal, Boulder, and Fish. I'll miss you, but I'll never find you again. I'm positive about that." A single tear trickled down her cheek. The poppy seeds took effect and she fell asleep.

(Sorry about not posting another chapter, I was on vacation and then I was lazy. ) ~Chapter 4~ Feather awoke, startled, and having no idea where she was. She jumped up, but then felt pain in her paw and fell to the ground. She quickly realized where she was and the events that took place the day before. "What am I supposed to do all day, just sit around in this den?" she grumbled to herself. Feather usually hated sitting down and being still, so this was like a punishment to her. All the sudden, she heard someone call her name. "Feather, Rosestar wants to see you in her den!" a cat that she didn't know the name of called to her from a distance. She got up, trying not to put too much pressure on her paw, and padded towards the den. "What could she want know?" Feather thought to herself. She entered Rosestar's den without Rosestar telling her to come in. "Hello, Feather. I'm really sorry about yesterday... Is you're paw doing okay?" Rosestar asked, worry clearly in her eyes. "It's okay, accidents happen. And yes, my paw is fine. It's getting better and I can put a bit more pressure on it now." Feather meowed. "Alright that's good. But there still is a question remaining... Would you like to join Leafclan?" Rosestar meowed. Feather sat there and thought for awhile, causing there to be a silence. Feather finally broke the silence, and said, "I think I do. It's a hard decision, but I think I made up my mind... I will stay in this clan and learn your ways." Rosestar nodded her head, trying to stay calm, but she could tell Rosestar was extremely happy. "That's great! You will start learning as an apprentice, and when your mentor thinks your ready, you will be proudly know as a warrior! You will have your ceremony tonight, followed by a celebration!" Rosestar exclaimed, cleary excited for Feather. Feather nodded. "What can I do until then?" Feather asked. "Hmm... You should rest. Your paw will heal faster will more rest. Then, you can start your apprentice duties!" Rosestar meowed, calming herself down. Feather nodded again, wondering what her apprentice duties would be, but didn't say anything. She padded back to the medicine cat's den and fell into a light sleep. ************************** Feather woke up to Rosestar pawing at her side. "It's time for your ceremony! Follow me!" Rosestar exclaimed, clearly excited again. Feather drowsily got up and followed her. They went on top of Rosestar's den. "Let all Leafclan cats gather here for a clan meeting!" Rosestar yowled, as cats gathered around. All of them looked confused. "I gather you here for a ceremony for this young cat to become an apprentice." Rosestar exclaimed. Many cats looked furious when Rosestar said that. "What?! We can't let a rouge join our clan!" most cats meowed, in angry voices. "I don't want to hear anything else about it! We have many dangerous threats that are still growing! We need another brave cat who is willing to join!" Rosestar growled. "I never have to say anything to my clan like that! What has gotten into them?" Rosestar thought, exasperated. "Anyways... We should get back to the ceremony. Feather, step forward." Rosestar meowed in a calmer way. Feather walked up, nervous because of all the cats that looked at her like she was pray. "Feather, it is time for you to become apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you shall be known as Featherpaw. Your mentor will be Amberfang. I hope Amberfang passes all she knows to you. Amberfang, step up." Rosestar meowed, pausing so Amberfang could step up. "Amberfang, you are ready for an apprentice. You have received excellent training from Eagletalon. You have shown yourself to be swift and strong. You will be the mentor of Featherpaw, and I expect you to pass all you know to Featherpaw." Rosestar concluded, as Amberfang dipped her head. Amberfang touched Featherpaw's nose, and few cats called out, "Featherpaw! Featherpaw! Featherpaw!" Rosestar looked angry, once again, when she noticed barely and of her cats were cheering. She decided not to say anything. "Featherpaw, I believe you will become the best warrior in Leafclan. No matter what any other cat tells you, always try your best. Don't worry about what the other cats tell you, they don't know how good of a warrior you could become, don't let it discourage you. No matter what, I will be here for you." Amberfang meowed to Featherpaw, softly so no one could hear her. And Featherpaw felt like she was a kit again, her mother talking to her after being insulted by other cats. She snapped out of it when Rosestar meowed softly to her, "Featherpaw, I'm sorry, but I don't think we should celebrate you becoming an apprentice. My cats are not the friendliest to cats without clan blood. But, I promise that when you have your warrior ceremony, and after you sit vigil, you will have a celebration. Cats will be used to you then. Okay?" Featherpaw nodded, feeling a bit disappointed. "You will now sleep in the apprentice den, with the other apprentices. You will start your apprentice duties tomorrow, but you will only stay in the camp due to your injury. The apprentice den is over there." Rosestar meowed, and then pointed with her paw to the apprentice den. Featherpaw padded toward her new den as the gathered cats departed. There were many apprentices already in the den, so she picked the nest that was empty. She curled up in her nest. It was surprisingly comfortable, since she usually slept on the cold, hard ground. It felt nice to lay down in this nest. As Featherpaw's thoughts cleared, she fell asleep. ********************************** Featherpaw awoke, and realized she wasn't in Leafclan. She had no idea where she was. She started to panic, but then she saw a cat. "Hello?! Who are you and how did I get here?!" Featherpaw meowed, frantically looking around, trying to find the way back. "I am Leafstar, the founder of Leafclan. You are dreaming. When you wake up you will be back in Leafclan." Leafstar explained. Featherpaw stood there, confused. "What do you want, then?" Featherpaw meowed, questioningly. "Well... All I can say is... One will become two, igniting a fire in the forest. There will be a battle for only two, and you will be one of the two. You will have to battle fierce in order to save yourself." Leafstar meowed. When she finished, Featherpaw saw Fang, her mate, and there was three dead doves beside him. (I loved writing this chapter so much! So much happened in it. If you think you know what Leafstar said meant, don't spoil it for others. I will probably write another chapter soon, I feel like I could just write forever right now. ;D)

(Two chapters in one day?! Told you I felt like I could write forever... Well... It's not as long as the other chapters, but at least you get two chapters. ) ~Chapter 5~ Featherpaw awoke, fear making her scrambled up. She accidently kicked the apprentice that was in the nest beside her. The apprentice opened its eyes slowly and growled. "Uh... Sorry?" Featherpaw whispered, so she wouldn't wake up the remaining apprentices. "Well, I'm up now, I might as well go and find my mentor, Amberfang." Featherpaw thought, excited to see what she would get to do. Her paw didn't hurt as much today, so she suspected it would be healed in about a day or two. She padded out of the den, not kicking or stepping on any sleeping apprentices. She immediately spotted Amberfang, and padded toward her. "Hi, Amberfang! What am I going to be doing today?" Featherpaw asked, trying to make herself sound calm. "Well... You need to learn about Leafclan and all the other things about being an apprentice or warrior here. First, I'll give you a tour of the camp. Come along now." Amberfang explained, heading toward a den that was well hidden. "This," Amberfang explained, "is the nursery. It is were queens go when they're about to have their kits, or are nursing their kits. The queens are the only ones that actually sleep in the den, though. Occasionally, you will see queens' mates going in or out of the nursery. They are visiting the queens and they're kits." Amberfang turned and headed towards the apprentice den. "This, as you now, is the apprentice den. This is where the apprentices sleep. When kits are six moons old, they will have a ceremony and they will then sleep with the apprentices." Amberfang mewed, turning to another den Featherpaw didn't know about. "That is the warrior den. Apprentices sleep in here when their mentor thinks they have trained well and deserve to be a warrior. Then, they talk to the leader about having a warrior ceremony. The apprentices are then assessed to see if they are worthy to become a warrior. Usually, warriors do this and then report to the leader. If the leader thinks the apprentice did well enough, he or she will have their warrior ceremony. After the ceremony, they have to sit vigil and guard the camp all night. Also, this is where the deputy sleeps. The deputy is chosen by the new leader the same day that cat becomes leader. Or if the deputy dies, the leader chooses a new deputy the same day the deputy dies. When the leader dies, the deputy takes place and is the new leader. They then receive nine lives from Starclan." Amberfang moved on and motioned Featherpaw to follow her with her tail. They moved on a little bit and then Amberfang stopped in front of another den. "This is the medicine cat den. It is were the medicine cat and the medicine cat apprentice sleep and take care of sick or injured cats. They find herbs in the forest and store them for when a cat gets sick or hurt. Apprentices can become medicine cat apprentices, if when there young, they show an interest for herbs and being a medicine cat. Then, when they're ready to become apprenticed, the medicine cat will hold a special meeting. Also, if a cat is injured and can't be a warrior anymore, then they usually become medicine cats or medicine cat apprentices." Amberfang then turned to the leaders den. "This, is the leader's den. I already explained to you what the leader is and how to become one. The leader sleeps here and does clan meeting on top of it. And I think that is all... Oh! You also have to have or trained an apprentice to become deputy. You can't have a mate or kits to become deputy. You get an apprentice by how long you have been a warrior. You get randomly chosen by the leader. There is one more den. It is close to the leader's den." Amberfang nodded over towards the elder's den. "That is the elder's den. This is where older warriors stay when they get too old to do their warrior duties. Also, if a cat has a bad injury, they might move to the elder's den. Ok... Now I think that's all. You can go eat at the fresh-kill pile. Your paw will probably be healed by tomorrow, so you probably will get to do regular apprentice duties. After you eat, you should rest. If your paw is healed tomorrow, you'll need all the rest you can get. Tomorrow, training won't be inside the camp. Off you go, now." Amberfang meowed. "Thank you for the tour!" Featherpaw meowed, and ran off to the fresh-kill pile. She grabbed a squirrel from the top and padded to her den. She layed down in her nest and quickly gulped down the squirrel. She was starving before she ate the squirrel! After she ate the squirrel, she fell into an uneasy sleep, remembering her dream from the night before. (Elder's den added. ^^)
