He is harder the second time but first we talk about he first.
First time Tigerclaw attacks
Make sure you have good attacks like maybe Claws Of Destruction, Hyper poison or Stunning Crush and first of all, it is best to poison him andthen try to paralyze him, but if it misses too much, attack him and try the same thing later on to make him paralyzed for a VERY short time. Make sure you have Maximal Heal too, to heal all your party lots of hp. On the rogues before you attack Tigerclaw, DO NOT use Claws of Destruction because t wastes SP when they are only lvl16
Second time Tigerclaw attacks
Further on in the game, you will have to fight Tigerclaw at the Thunderpath and it took me a while. DO NOT try to kill Tigerclaw first as the rogues heal. DO kill the rogues first so they cannot save Tigerclaw from your attacks. Try to get hyper poison or Stunning Crush and attack all the rogues. Attack Tigerclaw when you have got lots of catnips and when all he rogues have gone and you have Tigerclaw alone, attack! Try to poison and paralyze him as much as you can and use Warrior Strike.
