Well, I can't see the image on this computer, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's the smaller looking version of the ThunderClan Camp position in the southern region of Thunderclan territory?
It was going to be the Owl Tree when I mapped out the territory, but after finishing NP Game I realized there wasn't actually any need to the Owl Tree. The reason I left it....idk lol
I remember some people thought it was WindClan territory. Yes....WindClan territory is smaller than ThunderClan camp. >.<

Maybe... Anyways I'll answer your question for my guide here because I can't post on my guide anymore. You get Stardust from beating Tigerstar. Then you can buy it from Cinderpelt after you beat Scourge, I think. You might as well check there too if you want.

it's the entrance to one of the camps in the new prophecy game. i think you have to go round the back to get in though =S i can't remember everything about it
