Hello, Rainstar here and I am going to talk about Nicktoons, the channel.
2006 Nicktoons
Some people might not have Nicktoons and that is sad. Nicktoons is a cartoon network filled with Nickelodeon cartoons. It's Boomerang for Nick. It has been doing bad since 2006 I believe. Why I think that is because a lot of the "Good Nicktoons" ended about now like Rugrats (I believe even though I am not a big fan), Ren and Stimpy, CatDog, and my favorite, Invader Zim. I have a lot of hatred for 2006 Nick. This was around when the most hated episode of SpongeBob came out (which is not One Coarse Meal), Truth or Square.
Close to the Limelight
After a couple of years Nicktoons was filled with the horrid Nick sitcoms and they aired two new shows, Sanjay and Craig, and Breadwinners. Both of these shows got hated on by reviewers like TheMysteriousMrEnter. SpongeBob wasn't getting better either and got at least 30 Animated Atrocities and bad reviews on other reviewers' series.
The Change of 2016
Don't worry. This story will have a happy ending. It is 2016 and it has been rumored that both Sanjay and Craig, and Breadwinners will be canceled. Nicktoons have been coming up with really good shows like Harvey Beaks and The Loud House which are getting lots of praise. SpongeBob season 9b has been doing awesome and might be like it was before. The writers of Ren and Stimpy have come onto the SpongeBob creators crew and might add their own great twists to the yellow money maker's series. And before the 3rd SpongeBob movie in 2019, a Ren and Stimpy short will be included. The 3rd SpongeBob movie will possibly be the conclusion of SpongeBob. To conclude, Invader Zim is finally airing re-runs on Nicktoons. There will be a marathon of old Invader Zim episodes today and tomorrow at 3pm EST.
