Help to find the Sun Drown Place?

Okay, right now, Brambleclaw just told me that I (Lionblaze) was on a patrol with him to go to the Sun Drown Place. He said that I needed to go south to the mountains, so I went to the Tribe, and now I'm lost. I don't know where to go after I reach the Tribe Cats. Did I miss a new entrance that was unlocked when I became a Warrior?

Look around the last WindClan exit and there will be an exit to the farm. Follow that.
