Cant seem to get another Shadow crystal for Leafpool

I can't go into the room where the Shadow crystal is. I press enter on the spot where Blackstar hid the star light and the shadow crystal and nothing happens. I go there with Tawnypelt and still nothing. I try to talk to Blackstar, with and without Tawnypelt and he says nothing. I'm stuck and cant really progress the game.

I have completed A Visit From StarClan and doing the To Be a Legend subquest. Right now, Leafpool wants to communicate to Yellowfang and needs a Shadow crystal along with other things.
I really need help, I cant progress the game without it.

This is the spot where we went, I sure. I'm on it spamming c on it, looking left and down. It's doing absolutely nothing.
