Where is bloodclan? + other questions - PLEASE HELP

Ive killed scourge but where on the game can i get to bloodclan, what do i do with the dog tooth claws and when does the next thing happen?

Twoleg place up by the top between the flower plants ^.^, Dog tooth claws are for when you add scourge to your team (I think, Don't remember exactly its been a year)

Those bushes that you recruit cats in, the other one to the left you can now use that gives you quest
