I don't know how to download the warrior cat games by Admin. how do I? (by the way, I don't have the 4shared account.)

You have to get an account on 4shared, go to the Downloads section on this forum, and read and follow the instructions.

You currently can't. I had considered making an email account for people without a 4shared to use, and may do so. Currently though, you need a 4shared account.
It is completely free to make one, all you need is an email address to confirm it. If you aren't able to make one for some reason, message me next week when I am back from vacation, I will make another email account and you can enter IT as your email, and I'll confirm the 4shared account for you.
